Clean, well-stocked, comfortable Condo perfect for three or two couples. Roomy and good location. We would stay there again!

This is a cosy sanctuary away from the summer crowds in downtown Ouray, although it does require that you drive into town if you want to go out to dinner.
But it is comfortable and well equipped.
Also be aware that it’s actually on the second floor despite the fact that it has a backyard area(the building is built into a hill)—so you have to carry all your gear and luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.
Great trails to hike in the area.
And good restaurants too!

All was good. We could hear foot steps from above but nothing that bothered us.

The condo is close to anything one can imagine: Box Canyon Falls, Via Ferrata, beautiful hikes, shopping and dining. You don’t even need a car to access most of the attractions Ouray can offer.
We absolutely loved our stay!

Very comfortable, clean, convenient. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Owners should really consider getting a coffeepot that has an auto shut off! We forgot one morning...
The melted wax candle/lightbulb thingie was so strong it gave me a headache--and it wasn't even turned on. Really, we don't need anything "scented!" Closet doors were off the track and we couldn't get them back on. Most of the dresser drawers were broken (fell down when opened). At these prices things like that should not be a factor.
Overall, it was a good place to stay in Ouray.

There are many negatives to staying at this residence but a few positives as well. The condo is of poor quality construction and you hear every noise of the people above you. We had eight kids and eoght adults stay in a condo above us and every morning and night was incesdibly loud and frustrating. It was so frustrating that we ended up leaving early. The carpets are trashed and pretty disgusting. Probably not a big deal to most, but we had a toddler that plays on the ground. The entire area is a bit sketchy overall with a large RV park directly across the river and a trailer park not too far down the road. Me and my wife didnt feel comfortable walking through the trailer park to get to the downtown area. Its a convenient location but for what we paid, we were extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone else staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Ouray. It was the perfect size for two, clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, easy communication with the manager...it was great.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 sons, ages 9 and 17. The condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us.
Location: excellent, just outside river, a lovely place to walk and a few minutes out of town.
Amenities: kitchen and linen closet were well stocked even including pool towels and multiple pillows. Beds very comfortable. Large washer dryer.

Relaxing vacation in Ouray!
This property was perfect for our family! Nice two bedroom, with open concept dining room, kitchen, and living room with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The condo was well stocked with everything needed from to preparing/enjoying meals to washing/drying laundry. An easy walk along the River to the Hot Springs. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We look forward to returning!

Secluded in the lap of nature
The cottage is located beautifully nearby the river, very well equipped. The house was not greatly decorated but it has all the necessary amenities. The front and side glass window provides great view of the surroundings specially during the snow fall. Ouray is a great stop over to drive from Silverton through million dollar highway upto Telluride.

Nice place to stay. Close to the Hot Springs. Fairly quiet. Heard the neighbors upstairs at night. Enjoyed the stay.

Mountain Retreat
A cozy home in an incredibly beautiful setting. We were close to fantastic hiking and everything that we could possibly need was within walking distance. We were so grateful to get to stay here!

Heating
We found the description of the heating of the condo in Vrbo was incorrect.
It said, no heating?? How could that be possible in Ouray? I called the property manager, and he said it was heated.
When we arrived, the owners guide book explained that it had radient heating in the floor,
So, it would be a good idea to fix that in Vrbo

Weekend excursion to Ouray
This was our first trip to Ouray and it was amazing. The air B&B was the perfect location from the town and box canyon, definitely recommend going. It was cozy and clean, easiest check in and out. She seems to have thought if every amenity. Wonderful stay!

Two nights in Ouray
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very close to town’s restaurants and shops. The views were breathtaking. There is a walking path alongside a river right outside the property. The condo was conveniently laid out and well stocked. Having washer and dryer was an added bonus. The only draw back was the space was outdated. The carpets are in desperate need to be replaced. The place could use some new throws and window treatments.
Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Nice place, very happy with our stay
Close to the pool and trails, just far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but not so far that it isn't an easy walk. Great views.
