This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment offers generously proportioned rooms, comfortable furnishings, wifi, air conditioning, and a large corner terrace for outdoor living. It sleeps six, yet is comfy enough for a couple. And all within walking distance to Antibles’ beautiful beaches, markets, restaurants, shopping, and public transport.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (160x190cm) and plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom is flexible and can be arranged family style with twin beds (80x190) or as a large king size bed (160x190cm) above which is a double loft bed (140x190cm).
High quality linens and duvet covers, all provided.
Bathroom 1 features a large rain shower.
Bathroom 2 has shower and a washing machine.
Towels provided (2 per guest).
The kitchen is equipped with intergrated appliances : oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle, dishes and cooking ustensils.
The kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area which opens to the large corner living room, a convivial bright, airy space with comfy wingback chairs and television.
The dining room, living room, and bedrooms all feature sliding floor to ceiling glass patio doors that open unto the wrap around corner terrace (50m2), perfect for alfresco dining, coffee breaks, or relaxing on loungers in the sun.
The entrance and hall offer ample closet and storage space.
A secure parking space is provided in the basement of the building.
The apartment is in a well kept, managed property with lush gardens and swimming pool (open according to covid legislation from May until September).
TV, Wifi, Air Conditioning, Iron & ironing board, and Hairdryer supplied.
This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.
We are very attentive to the well being of our guests. Our hospitality team will happily and quickly help with anything you need.
Check-in 4pm and check-out 10am. We need appropriate time to make the apartment ready and safe for you according to covid legislation
About our location : Antibes is perfectly located to explore the Cote d’Azur and its surroundings: Monte Carlo, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne or Nice. Nice international airport - 30-40 minutes drive by car or 30 minutes by train. There are many activities nearby for children such as Marineland and the Waterpark in Antibes and Parc Phoenix in Nice. If culture attracts you, you are ideally placed next to the Grimaldi Castle, the Picasso Museum and the Archaeological Museum, as well as the new ANTHEA theatre. You can also plan day trips to the mountain or to close-by Italy. The extensive local bus and/or train network offer access to these lovely settings.
However, you don’t have to venture far at all to enjoy a lovely vacation in Antibes as you are walking distance to beaches, sailing, the provencal market, great restaurants, cafes, culture, and relaxation.

I can’t describe enough how wonderful this stay was for our 2 children, my husband and my mother in law. Safe and secure with everything you need and more. The location was perfect with a short walk to both Antibes and Juan Les pins with a bakery very close as well. Hopefully we will return next year and I would absolutely stay here again! Tracey

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Antibes. There were three of us (husband/wife and a friend) and we had plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The living room furniture was as described, but would have been more comfortable with a sofa or sectional. Two of the chairs need to have the seats re-done. The weather wasn't great, but we still sat outside a number of times. The balcony is huge and there is plenty of furniture. It was helpful to have a washing machine that was easy to use. Ample space to hang clothes out to dry on the balcony. Nice to have a parking space, but it was a little bit tricky to get our larger car into the space. Walking distance to plenty of things. Just as a caveat - and this has nothing to do with the apartment - we realized that if we are going to be near the sea, we would have preferred to be on the sea with a view of the water. This is just something to think about as you review accommodations in Antibes. I am sure this would have increased our nightly rate.

Valerie is a very nice host. She greeted us with wine and fruit! We had a lovely stay in her two bedroom apartment. We were close to groceies, restaurants, beach, park with carosal for children and only 1 hour drive to Nice. Loved relaxing after 5 days in Paris.

Apartment was well maintained, clean, had all necessities and more with ample of room for 4 adults and a toddler age 2. Location of apartment was amazing. Walking distance to Juan Les Pins beach and train station, 5 min walk to Carrefour city for food shopping and a 3 min walk to the local bakery for your morning pastries and baguette. It’s also easy to walk into the Old Town of Antibes straight down one road however you do have to walk back up the hill (which was fine for us), or you can get the Mini tourist train which we did one day which goes every hour. Only thing to note was the original information provided about the address of the apartment was very slightly incorrect (still same location but different apartment block) and didn’t show on google maps making it hard to book transfers, however after confirming the address with the host we were provided with the correct address and further information about how to access the property. It would be helpful if this information and correct address could be provided once confirmed. Overall all we had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and we are keen to be booking again!

Seriously recommend this apt. for location, amenities and exceptional management. Can't beat a 10 minute walk to the beaches, many grocery stores, nice restaurants and the fantastic Eric Keyser bakery! The apartment is spacious and comfortable and if the weather is good, the balcony makes for beautiful outdoor living. Your hosts, Valerie, Barbara and my favorite, Barbara's mother who lives in the building, are the best VRBO host ever!

We loved staying in our apartment in Juan les pins. A beautiful place with everything we needed. It is a short walk to antibes where you can see museums, go to the market and enjoy the beautiful city. And then you can walk back to our quieter area and enjoy the pool, and the lovely terrace. Easy to walk out at night and eat in one of the many great restaurants in Juan les pins. Recommend it 100%

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment and we were very comfortable. Valerie greeted us and did an excellent job of getting us settled in. There is everything that you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped and we were going leased to have a washing machine. We walked to several of the nearby beaches. It usually took us about 10 minutes. All the nearby beaches were fabulous. Our family was very pleased with this lovely bright apartment.

We wanted a quiet location not far from the busy towns of Juan Les Pain & Antibes. From the moment of booking and the excellent communication from Valerie, it was clear it was a good find. Up on arrival it just got better, we had found a fantastically located property very well kept with everything you needed to hand. Valerie was just brilliant in accommodating our arrival and checking us into the apartment. We had an excellent weeks stay and we hope to return again soon!!!

We arrived at Juan Les Pins train station and phoned Valerie who immediately said she would come and pick us up. This was a lovely surprise and it was made better when Valerie drove us to the apartment and pointed out places of interest on the way. She gave us a tour of the apartment complex which included the garage, bin storage, swimming pool and our very well stocked apartment, everything we needed was there. We also received a fabulous bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine....a really nice touch. Valerie said we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. The apartment was very very clean and the balcony had lots of seats and tables. The apartment gets the morning sun which was a bit disappointing for us as we like to enjoy the afternoon sun but this did not take away from our enjoyment of the space. You can walk to Juan les Pins in a couple of minutes and c.10 minutes along by the seafront to Antibes. We were able to stay longer on our departure date which was really brilliant. Overall we would recommend this apartment and Valerie was so good at communicating at all times.

We have just come back from a week in this apartment and it was perfect for us. It is absolutely spotless and really well equipped - not only with white goods and utensils, but also with cupboard essentials which makes such a difference when flying as can't bring anything. The terrace is huge enabling us to eat all our meals outside. The apartment is ideally located for both Antibes and Juan Les Pins Les Pins and the walk pleasant - downhill on the way to either of these and so uphill on the way back, which was absolutely fine for us, especially as coming back to a lovely cool air-con apartment which helped to make our stay so comfortable. Some photos show a road from the balcony but that should not be a concern as it is so quiet. The whole residence was very quiet and peaceful during out stay. The host Valerie is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She held on to our luggage on the first day and the last day so we could enjoy the beach before having access to the apartment and after having checked-out. Makes a a huge difference to have had this as not everywhere offers this. We will definitely come back to this apartment if we ever go back to Antibes. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second visit to this apt. Great apt with good location. Walking distance to cities, but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Private parking. Clean and well kept. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. All bedrooms now have AC. All equipment worked as expected. Will come back again if we can.

This apartment is even better than described! It's clean, spacious, airy, sunny and comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need and conveniently located near easy food shopping and a pharmacy (for convenient pre-flight COVID testing). Two beaches are within walking distance. The manager was friendly, answered all questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely like to return.

Great apt with good location. Walking distance to the cities JLP and Antibes but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Clean and well kept. Quiet area. The large corner terrace is very nice and spacious. All equipment worked as expected. Please note that there is only AC in one of the bedrooms. The pool is on the other side of the building, and its closed btw 13:00-15:00. Will come back if we can.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement , tout est absolument conforme à la description, tout est refait à neuf , appartement hyper propre et équipé du moindre detail ..vaisselle , meubles, accessoire cuisine .La literie est très confortable . L’ endroit est calme ,rempli de verdure et la terrasse est magnifique . bonne situation géographique, il se situe à environ 8 min à pied de Juan les pins ou Antibes . Grand point positif, Barbara est toujours disponible et répond très rapidement à vos questions , très avenante et hyper gentille . Le seul hic , c’est la piscine , des horaires restreints et un monde fou a tout heure !
