I highly recommended this Vrbo! Spacious, private, and has one room with a toilet, sink and a mirror + another room with a shower, tub, sink and mirror. This was so conversation for our family! The place was super clean, smelled fresh, and was super quiet. About a 12-15 minute walk into Old Town and a 7 minute walk to a grocery store.

Sabine is an excellent host and her apartment is excellent as well. The rooms are good sized and the beds are very comfortable. In Austria they only provide a duvet so you might want to bring a top sheet if use one at home. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and entertainment. Wifi 6 and a large smart TV. Would recommend to friends and family.

The apartment itself was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Sabine had wonderful suggestions for adventures, restaurants and more. It's in a totally quiet part of town but only an 8 minute walk to a grocery store and a 20 minute walk into the Old Town. Don't want to walk to the Old Town? There's parking under the mountain that's affordable and shortens your walk to just 5 minutes. You can't go wrong with this as your home for a few days. If we every return to Salzburg, we will stay here again for sure.

Nicely appointed apartment with a reserved parking space. This apartment was in the lowest level of the building and there was a significant mildew odor in one of the bedrooms.

Sabine’s place is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. This is an outstanding apartment within a walking distance (15 minutes) to old town of Salzburg. Rooms were immaculate, apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Very friendly reception by Sabine with easy check-in and easy check-out. She was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay even assisted with dinner reservations for our anniversary. It was a fantastic stay, highly recommend, would love to return again in the future.

This was one of the very best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. The website doesn’t do it justice. Sabine’s many little extra details make you feel very pampered. An extremely comfortable home away from home.

This place was the perfect place to stay for our family with 2 teenagers. Super close to grocery and the beautiful sights. Close enough to walk and also convenient to catch a bus. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook meals. (fyi for the non-European traveler, you may want to bring your own flat bed sheet as these are not normally supplied, we found this was the case in every accomodation)

Beautiful property, first place we’ve stayed that it was better than the pictures. Super clean, anything you could want and more. So much sleeping space, comfortable bed, beautiful view, plenty of entertainment, as well as a sauna and hot tub. Can’t go wrong staying at Firefly Landing.

Property was pristine and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we had space to relax. Did not cook but kitchen had everything you’d need. Easy walk to restaurants and old town. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Sabine met us at check in to show us the apartment. She was friendly and gave us suggestions for things to do. The apartment was lovely and cool! It appeared to be newly renovated. There was a wonderful garden patio. The 20 min walk into town is not a problem if you enjoy walking which we do. We had a wonderful visit to Salzburg in part because of the wonderful lodgings. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Salzburg apartment near city centre

The apartment is in a lovely area, quiet but with very good public transport options, both into the city (including the main rail station) and to out of town attractions. It is a short walk (20 minutes) to the old town. The villa is beautiful, and it is lovely to sit outside in the large garden. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. Sabine is very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei der sehr netten und aufgeschlossenen Vermieterin sehr genossen! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und auch die Einrichtung sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Es gab bei unserem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sabine’s apartment was fabulous and exceeded all expectations. The apartment itself was spotless with comfortable beds and linens, a well stocked kitchen, a spacious living area, and luxury bath. The location was an easy walk to the old town area with several restaurant options nearby. But most special, Sabine herself was a lovely host, providing helpful recommendations for family sight seeing as well as thoughtful touches to make our small children feel welcome. We highly recommend and hope to return ourselves!

Tolle Wohnung. Neuwertig, sehr schöner Style. Alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Sehr sauber. Lage sehr gut. Altstadt sowohl gut zu Fuss erreichbar wie auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe. Sehr netter Empfang inkl. Tipps für Salzburg - auch die Salzburg Card direkt bei Sabine erhältlich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Funktional auch alles da was man braucht inkl. Netflix, was unserem Sohn sehr entgegen kam. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Rosenstrauß und frisches Obst. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir in der Garage unterstellen. Die Altstadt ist nur um die Ecke. Durch die Fahrräder konnten wir auch das Umland erkunden. Das Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht. Die Gastgeberin hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert, alles unkompliziert und ganz in unserem Sinne. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Top.

Mein Mann und ich hatten wunderschöne Tage in Salzburg und Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft alles gezeigt und viele Vorschläge für Ausflüge.. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Die Innenstadt von Salzburg ist fußläufig erreichbar. Den Wagen könnten wir die meiste Zeit stehen lassen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten bei unserer Gastgeberin Sabine einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Gleich zu Beginn hat man beim gemeinsamen Rundgang bemerkt, wie detailverliebt die Wohnung eingerichtet ist. Wir hatten Obst auf dem Tisch stehen, verschiedenste Gewürze in der Küche zur Verfügung, usw. Kurz und knapp geschrieben: Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in die Stadt oder in der näheren Umgebung ideal. Zudem gibt es in der direkten Umgebung mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie diverse Lokale. Wir werden uns definitiv in absehbarer Zeit noch einmal hier niederlassen!
