This spacious 1513 square foot condo offers three bedrooms three bathrooms and is located on the third floor. This upscale condo has been tastefully decorated with furnishings, linens, and kitchenware to make you feel as if you are at home. The large Master bedroom faces the Gulf has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and access to the huge balcony. The living room sofa lets out to a queen size sleeper for a total sleeping capacity of 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, cookware, microwave, stove and a full size refrigerator. This condo also includes a washer/dryer, four televisions, four DVD players, a stereo, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf.

Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Lovely decor, and very clean.
We love Okaloosa Island for it’s less “touristy” more family friendly attributes compared to some of the busier more well known areas. You can stay in the area and have access to shops, groceries, restraunts etc , or take a short drive into the Destin area for more options.
Room 303 is truly a gem. It is well kept and evident the owners care about thier property.
Well stocked with all appliances, pots, pans ,extra blankets. Washer and dryer worked great. Room is quiet. Beds comfortable . Patio/balcony furniture some of the best I’ve seen at a beach rental.
( only very minor thing needed that was lacking was pot holders but I’m assuming at some point there must have been some and perhaps were mistankingly removed. So maybe bring a few if using the oven.)
A great stay. Nothing negative . Would definitely book again !!
The only disappointment with Azure 303 were the beds...all 4 beds are hard and not comfortable. Please consider adding pillow toppers to the beds. Thanks!
