Szép, modern lakás, tágas terek, medence a közelben, jó felszereltség, kényelmes ágyak, kényelmes kanapé, netflix előfizetés. Csendes környék, csendes szomszédok, nem voltak zavaró zajok, kilátás a tengerre a teraszról. Talában volt, ami messzebb van a központtól, de mi tudtuk hová foglaltunk és tetszett nekünk itt, autóval jártunk úgyis mindenfelé. S
Volt egy törött tányér a szekrényben, a frappé gépre rá volt száradva a tej, de összeségében nem szegte kedvünket, jól éreztük magunkat.
Nem volt se mosogatótabletta, se mosószer hagyva.

A szállás elhelyezkedése, környezete, a pompás virágok, a hatalmas terasz, a kilátás a tengerre, a környező hegyekre gyönyörű. Az apartman berendezése rendkívül ízléses, minimál stílusú, letisztult és minőségi, konyhája kiválóan felszerelt. A parkolás egyszerű és biztonságos.
Az ágyak (az egyszemélyes ágyrácsok, illetve a dupla matrac) kissé "megöregedtek".

nice spacious apartment.
located between two main streets with a lot of traffic quite loud.missing sun-beds on the terrasse. the owner took the remote control from the sun tant. no possibility to get shadow if you want to use the terrasse to eat or for a sun bad. the swimming pool reachable over the Main Street and directly located next to the street which is loud.

Comfortable access and parking. Big terrace with quite ok view of some stream and a tiny portion of the sea on the horizon. Many appliances in the kitchen.
A lot of noise from two busy roads nearby. Very small bathrooms with little space to put your belongings or clothes. Some clear shortcomings in cleaning, especially in bathrooms. The big terrace only has a decaying table with chairs, but no sunbeds or anything else you could use for relaxation. The furniture inside is rather for show, not really comfortable or useful. Strange and quite disgusting house rule that bans throwing toilet paper in the toilets (the problem is that they don’t advertise it beforehand and you find out upon arrival).

This is a really nice, swish, modern apartment (apartment 207). The sea view was really nice, good sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed and the washing machine really useful. Huge modern TV. We stayed 6 nights and would happily stay longer. You could happily live here so it’s perfectly good for a holiday. Underground parking is very good. Tala is great for restaurants (Martikas is the best of a very good bunch), mini-supermarket (very good) 5 mins walk away. The pool area is very nice, large too with plenty of sun beds. The balcony got the winter sun all day. The staff responded to a couple of enquiries really quickly and efficiently. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return.
We stayed in a ‘2 bed apartment with balcony’. We think they have multiple apartments in these blocks. It said we would get a pool AND sea view. We couldn’t see the pool, only the sea (didn’t bother us). The pool was a fair way from the apartment so if you want to watch your kids in the pool make sure you get an appropriate apartment. Whilst it was clean enough, it wasn’t immaculate. Drains smelt in the en-suite, no sun beds on the balcony and no pool towels. Nothing would stop me recommending this place to others though, the staff gave the impression they would sort any niggles.

Lack of kitchen utensils for self catering accommodation, only two knives in cutlery set, no tin opener, only one saucepan, one dish for oven use, no microwave.
Bed sheets stained with rust marks.

Perfect location when visiting the paphos area (about 15 minutes drive from the city center), located in the center of the nice village Tala, 3 minutes walking distance from the village square and from all the taverns, mini market, coffee shop, pharmacy and everything you need.
Beautiful views from the apartment. Both (partial) sea view and full mountain view.
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully furnished with all the amenities.
A very big terrace with beautiful views, right next to the swimming pool.
The host is very responsive and communicative.
Private parking (a car is a must).

Sparkling clean apartment comfortable and spacious. The apartment located in Tala, which good and quiet neighborhood. You got a private parking for each apartment. We love it!!

Beautiful Apartment, with lots of space, two bathrooms, swings on the huge balcony and a beautiful and clean pool. Everything was very clean and a perfect spot to explore the area by car. We really enjoyed the stay here!!

Conveniently close to Tala main square for restaurants, approx 5-8 min walk uphill.. Easy drive from Paphos airport and easy to locate. Small supermarket within 5 min walk. Large supermarket 10 min drive. Short drive, 10 mins to beach. Designated parking. Roomy apartment ( 201) with amazing terrace including table for 8, sun loungers and two swings! Overlooked the pool. Got the sun nearly all day, short walk to communal pool, which during our stay( October) we had to ourselves. In fact we didnt see anyone else the whole visit anywhere in or around the property. We had the pool to ourselves, warm enough to swim in October. Very clean pool area. Plenty of loungers. Excellent WiFi. Good black our blinds in bedrooms. Double bed comfy, single beds not so. Plenty of towels.
Not very clean. Other guests hair in the bathroom (🤮) and kitchen utensils dirty. Patio swept but not cleaned properly, again lots of hair and very dusty. Our feet were black. Road noise is an issue. Despite the speed limit they tear up and down the road, and this can be heard in the apartment, especially if you sleep with windows open. We only had one key for the apartment, two would have been more convenient.

The apartment was exactly like the picture. It was beautiful. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Could of just put the instructions for the water and pump in English. We had to fiqure it out.

The property is perfect, new and modern. We love the decoration of ours room. We have all the thinkgs we need to facilitate our stay.
We were in love with the view, forest, and sea.
The poll wasn’t very near from our apartment, but we enjoyed it.

Great apartment. It was super clean. Everything was there as described. They took care of every little detail. Modern furnished. The pool is also really nice. Everything is very calm and perfect to relax.
The car ride to paphos and the ocean was little longer than expected.
