About this house rental

Conveniently located in the East Point section of Beach Haven West. Minutes to Long Beach Island beaches. Enjoy the breeze and views of the Manahawkin Bay. Fish and crab off your own pier. Go for a morning swim or a kayak cruise (2 available for use, life vests provided). Home is very roomy for two families to share. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Weber Grill with natural gas line on the deck off the kitchen area. Two adult bikes also available for use - bring your helmets!

Beach Haven West is a family oriented waterfront community just west of LBI. From the house location to Surf City/Ship Bottom in LBI is a short 5 mile drive over the LBI Causeway.

1st floor - open 2 story family room with views of the bay as soon as you walk in. Two large double sliding doors to deck off the family room and dining area. The Kitchen , dining area and family room all have great views of the bay. Kitchen with stainless steel stove appliances and Corian/Granite counters. Large bedroom w/ queen size bed. Office setup with a high desk, docking station, 2 monitors and keyboard/mouse - Just bring your own laptop! The shared bathroom on the first floor also has access from the bedroom.

There are 2 flat screen TVs on the 1st level , both equipped with FireTVs for streaming your favorite show ( you can also login with your credentials to Netflix and other steaming services). One is located in the family, the other in the bedroom/office/ playroom.

2nd floor - master bedroom with king size bed. Private balcony overlooking the bay. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Two more bedrooms with queen and king size beds. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. Laundry closet with washer and dryer. There are 2 flat screen TVs with fire tv, one in master bedroom, the other in a guest bedroom.

Outside deck with 2 tables, Weber BBQ with direct gas line. Plenty of chairs and loungers to enjoy the backyard. Catch some sun or sit around and enjoy the boat traffic on the Bay.

Newly built pier that is 120 feet long by 6 feet wide changing to 8 feet wide at the end. Lots of room for fishing , swimming, crabbing or just lounge and catch some sun .

Please contact owner prior to booking if you are interested in bringing your own boat or jet ski.

Home is also conveniently located to LBI wedding venues. Take beautiful pictures overlooking the bay before heading out to your event.

Home was originally built in 1986 with many updates throughout over the years. There is wood flooring and tile throughout the house. The pier was newly build in 2017. New central air installed in 2021.

This is an amazing property. Once get past the amazing view and actually look at the home, you can be nothing less than impressed. The house is well-stocked with all of the things you might need and it is very comfortable. The layout of the bedrooms served us well, especially for my aging mother. She was able to stay in the guest room on the main floor and didn’t have to climb the stairs. We had such an amazing time and other than our trips to the beach, there was no reason to leave! We hope to be back again!

The view of the bay was awesome. I was a little disappointed that the dock was not able to leave our boat there for any period of time due to wave action. The boat lift was not allowed to be used. The green heads were not to bad. The house was well stocked with all condiments and bedding ok. The TV reception was poor on the internet and took forever to change channels. Low band width most likely the issue. I would not rent again mainly due to the inability to keep the boat at the dock.

What a wonderful home in a gorgeous environment! This home is supplied with every amenity one could possibly need! The sunrises are absolutely spectacular! Sitting on the rear deck overlooking the water is peaceful and serene! Also, the crabbing is excellent. Thank you, Fernando for being so responsive to all of our questions! This home made our vacation exceptional!

I have been coming to Manahawkin for many years.This was one of the best properties I've stayed in.The location was excellent..very quiet and friendly.The home itself was.AWESOME...clean..well stocked and great amenities.Can't forget the great views!! This house is everything and more!

Have stayed in many vacation rentals and this house was the best equipped house of them all....everything you need is here. Beautiful clean home and the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Sit back on any one of the excellent patio/ dock chairs and watch the world go by on the bay or pick up a paddle and go out on the kayak. Look forward to returning!

We had a lovely Fall getaway at this unbelievably beautiful home! We felt to lucky to have found a quiet place with gorgeous views in East Point section of Manahawkin’s bay community. We had everything we need for our extended stay.. the kitchen gear was just want we needed for home cooking; home office with two monitor set up made working from “home” a treat. The living room was very comfy and we spent most nights either enjoying the big screen tv or taking in the views. Would be great for a large family as well. Above all our host was so accommodating and kind. We were staying while our home underwent renovations and Fernando was very fexible when our schedule changed. Already Planning to rent again during the summer.

Fantastic!

We have never stayed in a home as clean and fully equipped as this one. You will need nothing to feel at home here. The beach decor and roominess made my family feel cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8-9 of us and a baby. Waking up to that view every morning was awesome! We didn’t even have to leave the house for a vacation feel. We had a wonderful staycation! We swam in the bay, rode the kayaks, soaked up the sun, caught crabs, and grilled and ate while gazing at the view. Fernando was attentive and informative. Fernando, you and your wife did a great job making your home a fantastic rental. We will definitely be back!

Fernando was a great host. Quick to respond to my questions. We love Beach Haven West. Never had we been on the bayside and this property did not disappoint. Amazing sunrise, great pier for crabbing (kids loved it) , ample room to entertain our guests and a quick 10-15 minute ride to the beach. The house was very comfortable for two families. Thank you Fernando , we hope to be back in the future.

Stop right here! This property is simply amazing and Fernando is just as. He was very accommodating and helpful from day one of my booking until the very end always available for your questions or concerns. This beach house was immaculate. So much detail went into this place. Every picture or knickknack is perfectly placed. The pictures do not do it justice. I’m an avid renter of homes around the world and very particular and can honestly say you will be very happy here. If you go to the market before you get here, you will never need to leave again but if you do, LBI SeaShell Beach Club as he mentions is about 30mins away food is great and the town of Beach Haven is so cute definitely should check it out so many little shops and food choices. Neighbors are delightful, very friendly and helpful. I’m jealous of everyone staying after me. Please treat this home with love and care and enjoy it to the fullest! Fernando thank you so very much! Your home was everything I had hoped for and then some. Appreciate you for allowing me to share this home! Until next time! :)

Wonderful stay at Fernando’s bayside retreat. 10 minute drive to LBI beaches, but so much to do without leaving the home. Gas grill, beautiful long updated dock/pier for crabbing and tying up your tubes on, watch the boats and jet skis go by, go for a walk, bike ride.. the list goes on. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you need at your home away from home. Our pups thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well with the plethora of dog toys available to them. Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you Fernando and family for your hospitality!!! Can’t wait to return.

What a great week!

What a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay Breeze house and cannot wait to visit again! The views of the bay at sunrise and sunset were amazing and just what was needed during this time. The house was immaculate and there was more than enough space for three teens/pre-teens and our dog! Fernando was extremely responsive and helpful when we had any questions and we really felt like home during our week stay. We have lasting memories of a fun-filled, relaxing week at a beautiful home that we will never forget. We’ll be back again soon!
