Horrible service host was rude as if we were going to steal the room. No directions to airport!

Had to buy Breakfast!!!!! Rude Host. No Hot water. Fleas and ants in room and in bed. We were severely bitten up.Suggest you find somewhere else!!!!!

Do Not stay here. Rom was full of fleas and ants. We got bitten up with fleas in bed!! Ants everywhere including in room. Host was terrible with all kinds of silly pedantic rules as if we were to destroy the property. We were insulted by this. Also, our rom was in a the farthest end of the property. Place was also noisy. Bed was uncomfortable. Host was not clear about the directions to the room.We had to ask a maintenance guy for directions. Also our air conditioning went our as did the hot water. We contacted maintenance and got tepid water at best. Avoid this place!!!

Pleasant stay at a reasonable price

Breakfast was good and contained a good selection. For us it is in an ideal location. The staff are very welcoming. Very good value for money.

Great for a short stay near airport

We only stayed for one night but quality vs price is great. The breakfast is large and it’s super close to airport

The pool gets reserved by towels (and people who reserve them are not there) from early in the morning.

ok for a few night but not for us

friendly in reception easy to access

we did arrive early and waited by the bar. the room when booked said we could go to room at 2 o'clock but after waiting in the front reception for over 2 plus hours as the room was not ready. we were very hot and wanted to get showered after our journey. we were only there for one night. after waiting and waiting we got our bathers out and went in the pool. the pool is amazing and sun bed fantastic. eventually we got our room which was ok had everything you needed but no extras after a night sleep with air con not making the room cold at all and the shower tray was blocked from our shower the night before which smelt dreadful. we thought well thank goodness we are only here one night, breakfast ok meal the night before just ok. location to airport great. go back to hotel no. there are better hotels in that location we have stayed in we feel we would go to first. staff were lovely but when i pointed out about our shower tray being blocked the lady tried to say it was down to my long hair which she felt got the plug blocked.

Enjoyed 7 days and very relaxing

Breakfast good and plentiful , nice room. Location a bit isolated , really need a car.

Solid option as an airport hotel

Used it as a base for the airport as we were arriving late before moving on elsewhere to another island. Similarly used it for one night prior to returning home due to an early flight time. In that respect the location is excellent as it is a five minute drive to the airport. Good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Well managed breakfast buffet taking into account current COVID restrictions.

Nothing overly negative with regards the hotel based on the short time we stayed there. However if staying longer there is not a lot in the surrounding area to see/do, limited restaurants/bars within walking distance. You would definitely need to hire a car.

Great location and pool. Wonderful buffet breakfast, even with Covid it was very safe. The Wi-Fi where we were was pretty spotty so that was the only thing that I would recommend improving.

Pool was amazing, pool bar very good. Very good facilities. Delicious breakfast. Nice location, isolated but at the same time not too far from Argostoli.

Cleaning lady was not polite when we had a case with the sheets. Bed was quite old and squeaking.
