Lazy Daze in Zion Village

Imagine soaking in Zion Villages' 20-man hot tub after a wonderfully exhausting day in Zion National Park; the kids are playing and your spouse is grilling up some burgers on the private grill, and you get to witness the perfect starlit night with uninterrupted mountain views. Located in the brand new Zion Village Resort in Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants, museums, emergency clinics, and is only 25 minutes from Zion National Park! Dine-in at Lonny Boy's BBQ, let the kids run around at one of the local parks, and even go view a new release at the movie theater!

This townhome is two levels and can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably but sleeps 26 guests with 2 extra Queen air mattresses. On the first floor, you will find a king bed, large flat-screen TV, a desk and private bathroom, as well as a queen bed and en suite in bedroom 2. Upstairs in bedroom 3, there is a king and a double bunk bed with a private ensuite. In bedroom 4 you'll find a king bed with a private ensuite. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom down the hall with the king bed in the 6th bedroom. In the loft, you will find 2 daybeds with pull-out trundles, a card table, and plenty of games for every age. In the closet, there are 2 queen-sized air mattresses along with extra bed linens. With a Nintendo Switch, ping pong table, 2 laundry rooms, and family board games to choose from, PLUS a paddleboard to take out on Sand Hollow Reservoir. You'll have a blast at Lazy Days in Zion Village!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Check in and out was smooth and simple- not a huge list of to-dos on our way out, which we appreciated. House was well stocked with linens, toys, games, and extra bedding items. Incredible that our whole family could stay in one house and most individual families got private bathrooms. Home has light wear and tear due to it being a rental property but it was one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in. Being right across from the club house was perfect. We are excited to come back in the warmer weather so we can use the pool!

You NEED this house for your next group or family gathering. All of the rooms are very large and most have private bathrooms. All the rooms have at least a queen bed, you're not putting a bunch of adults in uncomfortable bunk beds. The pool and clubhouse is right across the street and have great amenities. We went as a large group of adults riding ATV's and had the best time. We had beautiful dinners with 15 people and it held all of us comfortably. We will definitely be back!

Our family reunion group of 68 people loved your facilities. My unit looked like there had been some water damage along the baseboards of the 3 upstairs bathrooms. The squeaking front door hinges need oiling. The kitchen was well stocked. We were across the street from the community center and made great use of the pool, hot tub and barbeque grills! The front desk hostess was very friendly and helpful! :D

The house and amenities were fabulous. We had 24 people and everyone had room to play, converse, eat or just hang out. Special mention to all the staff at Red Sands. Every call was answered quickly and friendly. They are great!

The only thing that I regret is not taking advantage of the amenities sooner. Zion national Park was amazing to visit and the shops were so cute. Plus the Walmart down the way was a life saver for things we forgot to pack

This was our second trip to Zion Village. Everyone had a great time. Our family reunion was a huge success. The bedrooms were appointed well. Our only suggestion would be for more comfortable pillows and more fobs to get into the clubhouse. We will be back again!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family reunion group of 21. The photos show a fairly small kitchen table for this size house, but they've since doubled the kitchen table size which was nice for mealtimes. The kids loved the pool with the lazy river and small slide/splash pad. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Sand Hollow reservoir!

Beautiful home with room to spare in a great location to Zions and St. George. Its hard to find such a nice place that can accommodate so many people. Our only complaints were one bed was very uncomfortable and we couldn't find a broom or toaster. Fun pool area! Will come again!

Townhouse was very nice- spacious, up-to-date, great location, close to the pool. There was plenty of room for the eleven of us. The only downside is the construction going on behind the home - something over which the owners have no control. If you schedule all of your excursions to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon early in the day, you won't notice it. Townhouse was clean and well-stocked! We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. We experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay. The management company communicated all check in and check out information very timely. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

This property is clean, nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable. The location couldn't be better as it is directly across from the clubhouse and pool. Our group had so much fun hiking Zion, and enjoying the pool, lazy river, hot tub, and the fun amenities in the clubhouse. We had great conversations around the nice big table in the kitchen while we looked out at beautiful red rock views. Our interaction with the property management company could not have been smoother. Very professional, timely, and helpful. We would absolutely return to the same property for future vacations. Thank you for making our trip stress-free and so enjoyable!

We received key codes and instructions before we arrived. It made check in super easy. The condo was very clean and neat and there were enough towels for our big group of 20, for the pool and for baths. We loved the BIG table that allowed us all to eat together. All in all it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again.

The location was great, condo was very nice and spacious. I have two suggestions: One is that the fitted sheets on the king size beds did not stay on well. The sheet would slip up and expose the mattress. I thought it was just my bed, until I mentioned it to the other guests, who all said they had the same problem. I would suggest new deep pocket sheets. The other suggestion is the air conditioner blows right on the beds; noisy and uncomfortable. I would suggest you begin installing multi speed units; much more comfortable.

Upon arrival the place far exceeded our expectations, the location, cleaned, comfor, etc. We felt as we were arriving home after a long trip, this was defined our home away from home. The property manager always checked prior to, during and after the trip to ensure we had everything we needed. We were able to find someone to fix the problem. We tried all of the phone numbers that were given, but everyone was away. Luckily some of our group was able to climb into the attic and found the problem and we were able to call a company to fix the problem.

This house is beautiful we were so excited about staying here. Our first 3 nights were wonderful. We had a 6 night stay, but we only could stayed 3 nights. The second floor of the house flooded due to the AC unit and we had to leave after 3 nights. RedSands is a very difficult company to deal with. They moved us to another house that was very old and charged us the same amount as this house. Be careful dealing with RedSands management company they do not care about their customers!!! I feel bad for all the guest and property owners dealing with RedSands!!!
