About this apartment rental
This convenient, one bedroom, 2nd floor apartment is a spacious 700 square feet, enjoys a very functional kitchen with granite counter tops, electric stove/oven, microwave, disposer, fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a rice cooker.
Enjoy the memory foam sleeper sofa in living room, smart tv, A kitchen is stocked with many common cooking items, some basic condiments/ingredients are present, along with some beverages and variable light snacks as a convenience. There is a grocery store a few minutes away to complete your shopping list.
Off street parking for one vehicle is provided, this is strictly enforced to ensure parking is available for guests. Parking is around the back of the building.

I live nearby and maintain a presence on the property.
Other things to note:
Smoking and animals are prohibited on all parts of the premises. Exterior video surveillance is present. This is one of four units. The walls and floors are well insulated to isolate sound, however all renters are still encouraged to be aware and considerate of their noise level particularly between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am
* Tenancy exceeding 28 days is possible with a credit/background check and a signed lease. Third party payment scenarios require background check and lease of actual occupant.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Location was perfect for Hershey Park and other local attractions.

Really liked the property. Pollen on everything outside. Sitting in Pollenville. The table outside was dirty like it had been ignored for a long time. The railings on the stairs had so much pollen and dirt that you had to wash your hands after using them.
By contrast, inside was clean and pleasant. Although beds were like a rock.

The place was impeccable clean and modern just as described online, very relaxing and quiet. Mike was exceptional and communicated efficiently. Place was centrally located and close to Hershey. There are many places to eat around and or within a short drive and the amenities and little treats found at the apartment were really nice.

It was a short stay, but it was very relaxing, the place is super quiet and calm. The house was very cozy, and it had everything you need. The communications with the property manager was great. We will choose for sure this house the next time.

We had an amazing experience. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The little extra touches made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in, Hummelstown was such a cute little town with great food options. This location is great for visiting Hershey. Mike (our host) went out if his way to make sure our experience was perfect. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed the weekend at this lovely apartment so that we could visit Hershey. The apartment was very welcoming. It was clean, nicely decorated, with lots of amenities and plenty of supplies for our stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be greeted with yummy candy. The apartment is a short walk to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the most incredible stay! From start to finish, everything about this experience was outstanding.
First and foremost, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Communication was seamless right from the moment I made the booking. They provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property, making the check-in process a breeze. Moreover, they were always available to answer any questions.
The moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the charming decor and attention to detail. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The pictures online didn't do it justice – it exceeded all my expectations!
The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare my meals, and the living room was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
One of the highlights of this place was its location. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered a serene escape. Yet, it was still conveniently close to local attractions.
The host's thoughtful touches added that extra sparkle to my stay. From a welcome basket of snacks to beverages in the fridge, it's evident that they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience.

We were there for a Luke Bryan concert. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean. The owners were so sweet - they left a little bowl of candy and also toiletries. If we come back to Hershey, we would definitely stay here again !!!

We thorough enjoyed our stay in Hummelstown. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and great location near Hershey and Harrisburg. The owner was very attentive and the place was spotless .

Great Property, Great Location, Great Property Manager
My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. The property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the privacy of the unit with all the amenities of home. Loved having a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Close to everything we wanted to do. Hummelstown is a great little town. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Communications with Mike, the property owner, was awesome. We really appreciated him checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing Place
We showed up at the property and was greatly by a well manicured property with beautiful plants and flowers all over the driveway/ parking area. When we walked inside it was beautiful everything was spotless a beautifully decorated interior and anything you would have in your regular house in the kitchen!!! Landry room was really convenient as well!! Would definitely recommend booking for your next trip!!!

Great place to stay for a Hershey vacation!
I booked this apartment for a last minute vacation with my daughter to Hershey. Mike, the owner, responded very quickly to confirm our reservation. Great communication throughout our whole stay! Property is very clean, well kept, and has all the amenities. It’s also centrally located to all the activities in the area! I will definitely book again if I stay in this area.
