Wonderfull apartment close to the beach and nice view

Wonderful apartment very close to the beach, stores, market and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the host is very nice and helpful

Nice design and very clean

The place was like brand new. Design was quite modern which makes you feel good inside. Also it was very clean and it is visible that the hosts keep focus on keeping the palce very clean. Our host was very very helpfull and kind. We got a lot of usefull info about the city. IF you like to be near the city center - there is no better location. No need for a car to go to the bach, port or restaurants in the city center.

Glass bathroom and bedroom looks great but if you have guests....make sure that it is covered before you do your thing :-)

Wonderful stay

Location has a beautiful view of the old town. Host provided recommendations on places to visit and eat which we really appreciated. Great that there is a kitchen and washing machine.

Exceptional

Very elegant, cool designed open space, whole family loved it. Very clean. The host was very responsive and kind. The place is above an old post office and in vicinity of local market and town’s center as well as to the sea.

The only problem is that the place doesn’t come with its own parking so you need to find a spot close by, costing about 12 EUR per day during the week.

Lovely stay in Opatija

Very comfortable and stylish flat in the center of Opatija. Location is great, right in the city center. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner was also very nice nad easy-going.

Parking is a challenge, but in the whole city. With some patience it can be managed.

Beautiful flat in excellent location.

Beautiful building with fossiles in the stone stairs. Excellent location right in the city and away from traffic. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, beautiful sea view and elegant interior. I would totally stay here again!

There is no elevator, so people with disabilities would have struggled with stairs. No problem for young and fit travellers.

Apartment ist pretty weil, just some Spots to improve

The Flat have all you need like a waschmachine, coffeemachine, etc. It was also very clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. The place of the arpartmant is in the near of the beach, the best Restaurants and you also have a Bank, a konsum Shop and a baker.

For the price the Apartment was very small, also for the number of People, 1 has to sleep at the Couch, but this was to small. ( for a 1,65 meter person) between the Bath, the sleepingroom and the livingroom are no walls, there are just glasswalls and doors, so you see and hear everythink. There should be a Information and pictures for the guests, befor booking it.

Superb apartment with limited parking options

Newly, perfectly furnished and equipped apartment. Very comfortable main bed. Parking is difficult to find on the street but once you got one it is free as the landlord registers the car centrally which gives you free parking in certain area. Main market, bakery and supermarket is 50m from the house. Nearest beach is max 10 minutes walk.

The sofa bed for kids was not too comfortable.
