We will not stay in a Evolve rental again. I will stick with VRBO, TripAdvisor,
location was good. If we had not been sweating day and night, it would have been better. Nice set of dishes in kitchen. Nice washer and dryer, nice dishwasher. Very happy refrigerator had ice and water that worked.
False advertising, this house can accommodate 7 guests, it advertises. 11. No canoe, no kayak, false advertising again. Two of us got splinters using the wood handrail going downstairs at entrance. Chairs on deck slip through the deck, almost caused injury. Shower valve downstairs broken, can't adjust water. No way to cool downstairs, could not sleep until we bought a fan for bedroom. Driveway going in has big hole that can damage a car. Too many problems with this rental. I have rented houses for 10 years and never had such a bad experience. No tennis court key took two days to get one.
