Getting Around:
~1 mile from the downtown. Use uber, walk, bike or public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
- Note driveway is a tight squeeze and may not accommodate large vehicles.
- In that case I would recommend street parking out front. There is usually additional parking on side streets or on Parkway Ave (1 street north). Parkway Avenue allows parking on both sides.
- Please note there are 3 Blink cameras on the EXTERIOR of the house that are monitored by the Hosts and owners. These cameras record when they detect motion. One camera is located at the front door. One camera is located at the back door. One camera is located above the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very nice and updated. Close to everything downtown.

We booked this rental for our swim group that likes to stay together during our swimming nationals. The location was ideal being in close proximity to the Olympic trials at Lucas Oil stadium and the IUPUI natatorium. The house while showing some wear and tear was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great property and extremely close to downtown. Very short drive or uber. Everyone who came enjoyed their time. We utilized the patio and garage (ping pong/game room) for the most part and it was fantastic. All rooms and beds were well maintained and cleaned and the kitchen area was extremely spacious. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived to the house in the middle of a snow storm. The house was nice but the cleaning crew didn't do a good job. The master bedroom was very hot compared to the rest of the house. We had the thermostat set on 70 which worked well for the rest of the house. My daughter found the bed uncomfortable but my wife and I found the beds to be very comfortable. I had been informed by others the neighborhood wasn't very safe but didn't find this to be the case. I walked my dog in the evening and had no issues. I noticed many of the neighbors had their curtains open. Also saw people helping others when their cars were stuck in the snow. I would not hesitate staying at this location again.

Wedding weekend
Mostly a good experience, comfy mattresses upstairs but not downstairs. Parking difficult for number staying there and neighbors behind the house metal gates make it almost impossible to back out of back parking area. Could be a little cleaner esp in laundry room, back entrance.
