About this house rental
Welcome to our home! This beautiful house sleeps 12 guests. We have 5 bedrooms - four bedrooms with king beds and fifth bedroom has 2 king beds. Our house has 3 bathrooms. There is a heated pool, spa is the same temperature as the pool, (spa not heated) large Living room, WIFI and TV included . Washer and dryer. There is a private dock to walk back to the lake. We are ten minutes to Busch Gardens, and less than an hour to Disney World. Many nice beaches within an hour. Kids are welcome.
The only amount of people that should be at the property during your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation is made. If extra people are joining you, you will need to contact us to let us know.
There is a $50 early check in or late check out charge.
You are vacationing in a residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a respectful level during the day and night. Quiet time is 10 pm. Excessive noise can deprive our neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their own property. NO parties are allowed. 10 pm quiet time is enforced.

This house is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Sitting by the lake and watching all the gators and turtles swimming was enjoyable. The pool is clean and big. Overall my adult children and I had a good time! Great house, we would stay again, if in that area. Thank you, Judy

The owners are great to work with and their communication was quick and pleasant. The house is very large and spacious. I have lowered the rating because the listing has a boat on the pictures and there is no longer a boat. The pool temperature was the expected temperature for 1 day and the other days was much cooler and the only option was to pay more to raise the temperature. The remotes for the TVs were all dead and we had to go and buy batteries to put in all of them. For the money, you get plenty of space but it falls short in other categories that other rentals offer at no extra cost and for the same price. Overall, decent stay.

Very nice rental with good areas for congregating. We used it for business meetings / dinners while working in the area, but I would think the amazing dock and property would be great for vacation. Easy check-in and communication. Thanks!

There were three families. Everyone did their own thing during the day, but every evening we were back at the house swimming and relaxing, playing games and having dinner together. Stores and restaurants are VERY close by.

Such a lovely house
Our large extended family of 8 adults, 2 children and a toddler were very comfortable in this roomy, well furnished home. Everything we could need was there, and the enclosed outdoor pool was a hit with everyone. The outdoor TV and refrigerator were a pleasant bonus. We loved walking the short distance for an 'alligator hunt' with the little ones. Would definitely stay again

Nice place and area
Everything was as advertised and the neighborhood was nice. Property was close to restaurants and stores and 10 mins from Busch Gardens. Property owner was reachable and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring 2022
This house and property were perfect for our family which included 3 adults and two teenagers. Having 5 bedrooms and each with a kingsize bed and 2 1/2 baths met our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, the covered deck, outdoor refrigerator and outdoor TV!
The favorite part for us was the spacious open kitchen/dining/living area where we could all be together but not on top of each other.
In addition, the owner responded immediately to any question we had.

Paradise Found
Our stay came as close to vacation perfection as one could possibly hope for. The hosts, Rodney and Judy, were the most welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive people we have ever dealt with during our 14 years of vacationing in Florida for spring training. The house, itself, was absolutely spotless on our arrival and all key equipment (pool, hot tub, A/C, etc.) and house necessities were operating flawlessly and fully stocked. Any minor detail, and there were only one or two, needing to be taken care of was expeditiously handled by the owners. The VRBO pictures of the house are extremely well done, but we were even much more impressed when we walked through the front door. Thank you, Rodney and Judy, for our most wonderful vacation ever. It was our great pleasure to have had the opportunity to stay in your fantastic rental house.

Our Tampa Area VRBO
The home’s location and pool were excellent, especially during our grandchildren’s time with is.
Our concerns were that the appliances were in disrepair, the electrical system was somewhat faulty and we had difficulty finding enough workable electrical outlets to charge our electronics. There was also a severe shortage of cookware for a 5 bedroom home, so we’re glad we had brought some of our own.
The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had, and our overall experience was a positive one.

Well appointed home for family and entertaining.
Lovely home with plenty of room for a large family. We played games in the back yard , cards at the big table, splashing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We will be renting for future visits with our family in Florida

Great stay!
The house was huge, plenty of room for our family to relax. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, although the next door neighbors aren’t very friendly (not really something you need on vacation anyway). The pool area was perfect, there were lots of pool toys and the temperature was great. The yard was adequate size for the dogs and the walkway to the lake was beautiful (great place for some photos), although there are gators in the lake so do not plan to get in. The hosts communicated well and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again.

comfortable home in a great neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay here! There were 2 families who stayed together (7 people total) and we had plenty of room to have together time and still have our separate parts of the home for each family. We loved the big pool and the walkway through the swamp to the lake. The place could use a bit of updating, but all in all we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Our family had a nice stay at this property. The pool was excellent and the walkway to the dock was really cool! The place was very clean and there was plenty of towels for our family of 7.

Family Vacation
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious house which was nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were used daily and the private walkway and deck provided a perfect getaway. Beer happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely stay here again!

I think we were loud most of the time, but glad we didn't get in trouble, big house, nice pool with great temp. Wayyyy too many light switch (relocate those that needs to be ON and OFF permanently). If we come back to Tampa, this house would definitely be a nice one to come back to

We had a good time staying here. House is big. 5 beds. Pool was great.it’s of outdoor seating space. And backyard with lake was fun bonus! Quite culdesac!

The house was very large and in a quiet part of the city. It was a bit far from things to do and in need of a face lift

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home layout allowed for our family and the other family staying with us to basically have our own "wings" for bedrooms and bathrooms and able to come together in the main house. The pool was warm and clean. The walkway down to the lake was nearly magical and a nice quiet space to take a short walk for some fresh Florida air. Easy access to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist areas. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure!

Great place to stay, private and fun!
Overall this house has everything you need. A great pool - heated and clean, nice sitting area with big TV, cozy kitchen. The neighborhood is a bit tucked away and requires a car to get around. Lake area is unique and great for viewing birds and wildlife. We had a great time!

Family Holiday Celebration
The location was excellant, including the walkway to the lake. We saw lots of shore birds. The landing does need to be cleaned up, including the chair in the water. Also, the walkway should be swept The pool, hot tub and lanai were a great size. Our biggest disappointment was with the pool temperature. We were told it would be 88, but it only reached that on the third day. The house was very spacious. Our only suggestion is that there should be coasters on the end tables and there should be more microwave safe dishes. All in all, we had a great time. Judy was very responsive when we communicated.

Beautiful neighborhood
We rented this home so we would be close to our family in Wesley Chapel. The home is very spacious and equipped. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the soaking tub. The property has a cool boardwalk to a lake. We will definitely be back in the future.

House and communication with was great. Just be aware that the neighbors are a pain in the butt and will call the cops on you if you are outside on the pool past 10:00pm. I know there’s is nothing the owners can do about it.

From start to finish this HOME was a 10 out of 5 stars! Before booking the owner answered all questions and was extremely communicative. Upon arrival the house was immaculate clean and owner left instructions to everything, which was great help. The beds were clean and everyone slept AMAZING!! We could not get enough of the pool and pool area. So relaxing! It is located in a great friendly neighborhood. The deck has a beautiful scenery. Great for fishing or just soaking in the sun. We took beautiful family pictures all within the back yard leading to the deck. The neighbors are so welcoming and neighborly. Great center to many surrounding beaches and great places within the city itself. Price for the rental is more than reasonable. You get a humongous house for such a bargain. Will definitely book this place again for our future trips to Tampa. Exceeded all expectations. Again, this place felt like HOME, rather than a rental.

Exceptional experience
Overall this was an amazing vrbo. Everything we needed and wanted to have a family social distancing vacation. We only left the house once to go to the beach otherwise we hung out at the house the entire time, swam in the pool, relaxed outside, made family meals, and watched tv together. Everyone was happy and loved the layout of rooms and beds.

It waa a great house !
The stay was very good, everything was well maintained and cleaned. The pool was nice and the hottub was very warm. I only have one complaint, and that is the neighbor literally complaining to the owner as soon as it hit quiet time. The last night of our stay, he actually called the cops because we were outside playing in the pool at 11:13 and quiet time was 11:00. So if your planning on being in the house by 11 then its great. The owner was very nice with communication everytime they complained. I know its not his fault in anyway. Overall the stay was great.
