Location was great. Parking was plentiful (we went in third week of August). Home was wonderful. Views were incredible. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Can’t say enough good things. We will definitely be booking again!

We loved the location of this condo complex, but the unit itself was lacking. The condo was not clean at all. There were grease splatters all over the stove and there were drips down the cabinets. There was dust on the furniture, and one of the chairs in the living room smelled so bad of vomit or spoiled milk that we had to move it to the far corner. The balcony had a huge puddle on it, so we weren’t able to use it.
We were expecting beach towels to be provided, but none were. There were sheets and pillowcases for the pullout sofa, but no blanket.
We ran out of toilet paper and no extra was provided.
I messaged the rental company to see if we could have a late checkout but never received a response.
I would gladly stay in this complex again, but not this unit or any other unit managed by Vacasa Rentals!

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. We could hear the ocean from the balcony which was amazing. We were expecting the construction to be finished, but unfortunately, it is still ongoing. It didn't affect our stay, except occasionally, during the daytime, the noise from the construction prevented us from hearing the ocean from our balcony.

Construction was definitely not revealed correctly as it was not as expected…much worse with many windows of building boarded up or covered with blue film. Our first thoughts were to leave, but instead we stayed. Construction workers were courteous. Location was great…right next to the beach. Free chairs, and umbrella were a nice touch while at the beach. Pool and other amenities were wonderful. Place just needed updated inside and cleaned better. Construction wasn’t a deal breaker as we expected some, but not to the extent it was is concerning.

Shoreline Towers has a great centralized location. Room was clean and comfortable. The size of the entire condo was excellent for our family of four. The kitchen was especially spacious! It was great to have the in -unit laundry, as well. We enjoyed the balcony. Only reasons not to give 5 stars are the construction and noise on the property and the guest beds did not have comforters, only thin blankets.

We came to Destin to visit our son & his family. Gulf Shore Towers is the best place for us. This was the first time we’ve stayed in this condo & it did not disappoint. Beautiful inside. Granite countertops, double oven, ice maker, wine cooler & a huge kitchen. It’s a great location with walkable casual dining & shopping necessities. Of course the beaches are perfect. Can’t wait for our next visit. We’ll be back & hope to stay longer.

We had the best time in Destin and staying here was such a big part of it! It was great to have a washer and dryer. Master has a king and 2nd bedroom has 2 queens so we had plenty of room for our family. This unit faces the beach and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. Minutes away from both Target and Walmart. Another big plus was the included beach service. It includes an umbrella and 2 chairs. Be sure to check in with the people under the red canopy as you get on to the beach. They are super friendly and can direct you to where you need to be. You can also rent more chairs, umbrellas, and paddle boards from them. It was so relaxing to spend time on the beach. Please put on sunscreen - you will need it! The sun just hits different off that water. We would 100% stay here again! There is some exterior maintenance going on but it didn't bother us at all.

Centrally located but a lot of construction going on when we were there.
This property was clean. Ceiling fan in guess room squeaked real bad so could not be used at night. Water pressure was not good in the showers. The construction at the Shoreline towers was a nuisance when on the balcony. One of the elevators was not working the whole time we were there and the 1 working elevator flooded with water so had to go up and down 9 flights of stairs. Beach was very close. :) Would recommend renting here after construction is complete.

Major Renovation Noise and Mess
We loved the actual condo. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets, dishes and utensils. And, the view and proximity to the beach was great. However…the noise! It started a few minutes before 8 AM and lasted until 5 PM. One day they were removing wall siding outside of our bedroom window from 7:55-4:00. So, if you want to sleep in, have napping children or want to rest for an hour in the afternoon, it may not be possible. On top of all of that, the amount of dust created was insane. The workers had goggles and industrial face masks on while we had to walk right through it to get in and out of our room and to the elevator. There was “dust” everywhere and of course it tracked into the room. I would avoid this Gulf Shore Towers until the renovation is complete.

Relaxing Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Towers! Everyday we would open the balcony door and just listen to the waves crashing into the beach, which was very relaxing. The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was an easy 2 min walk to the beach, and the area was relatively quiet. The view from the main bedroom was also amazing! I would certainly come back here for a round two!

Great place for a great time away!
This condo is in the perfect location! We did not bring a car but everything we needed was within walking distance; restaurants, shopping and even Target. We had a great view of the beach and enjoyed watching the dolphins swim every morning with our coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the separate ice maker was a huge bonus! The beds were very comfy and we slept great hearing the waves outside our window. Everything was very clean and nicely stocked. The included beach chair service made it so much easier- towel, sunscreen and a couple of drinks and we were good to go! However, you are close enough to the beach if you had to take more with you, it wouldn't be a problem. The beach wasn't overcrowded and the water was so clear, not like ocean-side Florida. We had a fantastic trip and can't wait to come back!

Upscale condo Perfect for our snowbird stay
This condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. It very well equipped and nicely furnished. There is separate ice maker and wine cooler fridge as well as a full size washer and dryer. Only issue was the master bed could be better, but we loved our stay and hope to return.

Great Beach Vacation
Stayed 2 weeks in 3094 Shoreline Towers. Condo is updated and very nice. Great views from balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Could use some updated living room furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Big plus having the stand alone ice maker. Only issue is microwave needs replaced. Having the beach service included is also a big plus. Had a few issues during our stay and rental company was fast to bring us supplies. Would definitely stay here again.
