Good location in typically Valetta´s house apartment.

Accommodation in a historic house with a typical balcony for Valletta about 2 minutes from the city center. Clean, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. Comunication with landlord is very good. Towels on apartman. The back (larger) bedroom is quiet, the smaller bedroom is located on the busier part of the road. If you would like to spend a few days in a typical apartment for Valletta with a beautiful balcony , near the city center this is your place. Price is good for this apartmant.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της ιστορικής πολης. Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά μεγάλο.

Το σπίτι δεν ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό, αν και από ότι είδα στην ανάλυση της τιμής πληρώσαμε 60€ για την καθαριότητα. Μας είχαν αφήσει μόνο μία πετσέτα για κάθε άτομο και για τις τέσσερις μέρες. Δεν υπήρχε αφρόλουτρο για να κάνεις μπάνιο. Υπήρχε wi-fi που έπιανε μόνο σε ένα από τα δωμάτια του σπιτιού (σαλονι χωλ) και όχι στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Τον οικοδεσπότη δεν τον είδαμε ποτέ.Του ζητήσαμε μόνο μία μικρή χάρη να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα πριν τις 3, που ήταν το check-in και δεν ήταν διατεθειμένος να μας βοηθήσει. Δεν υπήρχε καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει τρομερή φασαρία από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί ιδίως από τα τριγύρο σπίτια που ανακατασκευάζονται.

Una casa bonita y única en el centro de Valletta

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario y tiene una ubicación muy buena en plena Valletta. Está bien cuidada. El dueño fue muy atento y nos preguntó a lo largo de la estancia sobre cómo estaba yendo todo.

Hubiese sido bueno tener alguna sartén más y algo donde colocar los platos y vasos para secarlos.

Disappointing

The apartment was spacious and in a really central location. The lady who cleans it was very kind and friendly.

The poor cleaning. We found a cockroach in the living room but i think there is a problem with the whole area because across the street of the apartment was a cockroach nest. Also, the host asked us to leave the apartment at 11 am even though in the website it says that the check out is until 12 am

Atmospheric flat in historical Valletta

Great love cation in Valletta. Very atmospheric apartment and very comfortable. Access was easily arranged and managed.

The property is located on the first floor and the entry steps are very steep making the property unsuitable for anyone with restricted mobility. There are no power sockets near the mirrors - a bit of a girl problem I appreciate. Neither thing spoiled a great visit.

Wonderful, informative and comfortable! Saw many valuable things

An authentic place in the heart of Valletta! You can touch everything by hand - it's easy to travel around the island and complete your bucket list! It was a spacious and cozy place! I created a big mess with the reservation and I had the full cooperation of the host ... With the call center the booking was more difficult - slow and I had to constantly write to them about the next step ... We will definitely return to Malta

a great big house with great location and love the bedrooms, great big bathroom. it was not sparkeling clean, but it was ok

we find 3 cockroaches but we saw also outside in the streets a lot of them.

Passable

We came to rest two couples, there was no news that there was renovation. Every morning, the voice of a hammerhead and thrown debris. The apartment was not clean enough.

Exceptional

If you plan to stay in Valletta, there is no better choice than this apartment! As we arrived we could not believe our eyes how spacious the flat is. We ( 3 girls) have spent here 4 nights, but wished to stay longer. There were enough place for a few more people, not to mention, that this apartment is also ideal for two couples because there are two separate rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (but a little bit outdated), the only missing piece is a coffee mashine. The location is also very nice, it is in a quite street, next to the main road and 15 minutes walk to the central bus station. There are two air conditioners, but if you do not want to use it, the temperature inside is bearable. Michael (the owner) provided us lot of bathtowels, bed sheets and everything we needed for our trip.
