Eddy’s is nestled in the heart of beautiful Berry with an easy flat stroll to boutique shops, cozy country pubs with open fires, plentiful cafes, restaurants and wineries for long leisurely lunches.
This charming cottage has 2 queen beds with fresh clean linen waiting for your arrival, a modern bathroom and is perfect for one or two couples, family holidays, wedding guests or friends eager to enjoy the country lifestyle. The circular driveway provides an easy entrance to the property and sufficient off street parking for 2-3 cars.
Enjoy your breakfast watching the finches and rens bobbing around under the trees or read your favorite book while watching the kids explore the backyard, Eddy’s is the ideal location for you.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: oven, induction stove-top, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, with a washing machine and dryer also on hand for your convenience.
The contemporary-style lounge room provides a snug couch, large flat-screen Smart TV equipped to take your Netflix (guests must access their own accounts), free Wi-Fi and reverse cycle air conditioning make for a comfy and cosy night in.

My Mum and I had a beautiful stay at Eddy's. Sonia, the owner, has much "local knowledge" and was able to give us good recommendations for things to do, see and where to eat while we were there.
Eddy's was exactly as advertised. A very easy stroll up Queen St to the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The cottage was perfect, very clean and a great location to cafes and shops in Berry.
Beautiful linen in the bedrooms and bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything working perfectly.

Very close to all the shops and restaurants, although it could be noisy from road traffic. Nicely decorated with attention to detail. Very clean. Beautiful garden. Only one air conditioning unit in the living area which didn’t seem to filter through to the bedrooms. The window blinds let in a lot of light from street lights and the sun rising. Sonia was very helpful with local knowledge.

The house was beautifully equipped and very stylish. The linen, towels and house finishings were all very high quality. We loved the considerations such as the welcoming champagne and chocolates for all of as well as extra towels and quality soaps - our 2 children were over the moon with their chocolate surprise left on their pillows! The garden is spacious and lovely with plenty of room for kids to run around in. We cooked there and ate most of our meals in the garden, very relaxing. Short walk to the shops and local playgrounds, super convenient for families. Very welcoming and helpful hosts!
