Have booked several vacation homes over many years and this property was the absolute best. Large, beautiful home with many areas to socialize or just relax. Excellent location in Bolton Landing. We had 11 family members in our group ranging in age from adults to age 9 and the home was comfortable for all of us. It has been meticulously maintained and super clean. Would definitely come back.

Super clean house and very pleasant stay
We are a family of 7 with four kids (age 6 to 16) and had a great time staying in this beautiful house! The house is super clean and so well stocked. We rented via Vrbo many times and I'd say this house was the best in terms of having everything everything we needed (new tooth brushes, tooth paste, plenty of clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, etc.), even with snacks! The location is great. It's about 35 min drive to Gore Mountain ski resort and our kids had a great time there. Walking distance to the local grocery store. Located in the heart of Bolton. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect location
The house is gorgeous and the location was perfect for the weekend. Our family was able to stay together and shuttling family members to the Sagamore for the weekend’s wedding events was extremely convenient. The location is within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing and the home was equipped with everything that our entire family needed. Truly a charm in the Lake George area and a perfect place to stay for any events at the Sagamore.

Perfect House/Location for a Large Group
This was a beautiful home that offers so much for one house. We had a good size group and there were activities we could have fun with on the property (basketball, spikeball, etc) as well as many different places around the house to lounge. Also the nice spread of snacks when arriving and even new toothbrushes if needed were great little touches I don't see many house have. 10/10 would recommend this house to any group looking for a great time in Lake George

Beautiful comfortable home. Great location.
We loved this house. Did not feel like a rental property at ALL. Beautiful, well kept, comfortable, great decor, lots of room. Our teens watched many movies in the hang out attic space. Walkable to town. 10+++

Comfy and cozy summer home
This house was perfect for our family. Extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and close to town in Bolton Landing. My 3 year old grandson loved it so much, when I asked him if he was ready to go home, he said, I don’t know what you are talking about. I am home in my new green house. My only suggestion is to put a hand railing on the stairs up to the top floor. House was great. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Family Reunion
We had a tough time finding a home large
enough to reunite our family of 12. This house was perfect! Plenty of room, clean and modern. Stocked with games, plenty of televisions, everything you need to cook meals. A short walk to not one, but two family friendly beaches and downtown Bolton Landing. We had the best time, and appreciated all of our hosts clear and detailed instructions.

Family Friendly & Short Walk to Town
We had a terrific experience at this house! It had plenty of space, was well-maintained and was a quick walk to town. Our kids especially enjoyed the treats on our arrival, bunk beds and 3rd floor game room. The only hiccup we had was that hot water seemed to be in short supply by day 2, but this wasn’t enough of an issue to keep us from returning. My kids have asked repeatedly when we can return. Thanks for a great stay!

A Gem in a Perfect Lication
My family and I loved staying in this beautiful home. It is a short walk into town and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and beaches. The house is spacious and my family of 7 enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, large outdoor play areas, wonderful decks and beautiful furnishings. The house is extremely clean and the thoughtfulness of the owners is evident in the snacks they provided in the kitchen and the shampoo, conditioner, soaps and other toiletries left in each bathroom. My family took advantage if nearby activities and went tubing, rope climbing, on a dinner cruise, Firt Ticonderoga, and Great Escape. We hope to be able to stay in this beautiful home again next summer.

Perfect Bolton Location
This property is the perfect vacation rental. It is beautifully decorated, clean and provides all the amenities you need (and then some). The house was big enough to accommodate a group of 13 ( 4 adults and 9 kids) and we never felt crowded. The house is within walking distance of downtown Bolton (Lake Shore Drive) and 2 beaches (Rogers is our favorite). We enjoyed the porch for meals. One of our favorite part of the property was the gazebo in the backyard. I highly recommend this property when staying in Lake George. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this property is.

Bolton Landing vaca
Beautiful home and great location right up the street from Bolton Landing shops and restaurants and of course Lake George. This home has all the amenities and perfect for families with teens. All have their own space! Beautiful kitchen with absolutely everything you could need. Great yard too for playing Cornhole or other games. Wrap around porch with large table makes it nice to sit outside, even on a rainy day. Tons of space for parking. We loved this house and had a great time!
