With newly renovated decor accents and plush leather furniture, you're instantly wrapped in mountain style and ready to relax. The main level boasts an open kitchen/dining room/living room layout so everyone in your group can chat and enjoy each other's company while relaxing. The large dining area incorporates the bar-top dining, making it an open concept. When you need some fresh air, head out to the main level deck and whip up dinner on the grill. Also on the main level, find the King Primary Suite with a private deck, full ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV.
Head upstairs and you'll find two additional oversized King bedrooms that offer tons of privacy and share a full bathroom. Downstairs is the place the kids will love! The host/management was super responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very nice in a great neighborhood. The shuttle service was the game changer, that made this trip much easier from a planning perspective. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time and we loved the convenience of everything. The free shuttles were a huge plus. There had a pack n play crib, baby gates and high chair which was great for my 18 month old. The only suggestion would be to get rid of all the pans and get new ones, they are scratched and probably not safe for cooking.

The accommodations were terrific! The home has a great layout with plenty of room for our group. It's comfortable and well appointed. The service from Steamboat Lodging, once again, pins the needle on excellent! The entire team is friendly and responsive. A great advantage for our group is the shuttle service, and all the drivers are pleasant and accommodating. It was our third year working with Steamboat Lodging, and our second year in this home. We're already talking about returning next year!

Awesome location, great winter shuttle service on demand, hot tub was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and small appliances.

Highly recommend this place for an amazing time at Steamboat Springs! Our family loved their stay. It was very spacious, with plenty of board games and interconnected technology for everyone to have a blast. The shuttle system is outstanding with complementary drop off and pickup at the base of the mountain within 6 minutes.

First of all, the management company is topnotch and was very helpful. This property was well-stocked, clean and in a great location with trails close for walking. The fact that it has air conditioning was a huge plus since it was unseasonably warm while we were visiting. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was the perfect spot for a multigenerational vacation. There were three king beds to accommodate some very tall (6 foot 4 and up) men in the family and great bunkbeds for the kids. The a/c was a big hit this summer. We loved the abundance of storage and quality of appliances. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great trip, great lodging
The rental was very clean and close to the mountain, the steamboat staff were very available, friendly and helpful at all hours which was especially important as out of towners with children, the place was as depicted (though hard to keep it cool at night with the heat) and was overall amazing. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great House and Property Managers
The house was so comfortable for our three families and four children. It was a good location (close to a playground) and easy to to access paved bike/walking trails (right behind the house). The property managers were extremely helpful throughout the rental process. We will definitely continue to use their service the next time we visit Steamboat Springs

Our hosts communicated with us every step of the way. The house was spacious and clean with easy access to all Steamboat has to offer. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked.

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. This house can sleep a lot of people with 4 king bedrooms and a full bunk bed with additional twin and trundle. The layout worked great for us and the location is walkable to the base, about 7 minutes. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great house, lots of beds!
We stayed here during the summer which worked because we didn’t have to walk to the slopes. The road behind the house was loud at times but in the winter you wouldn’t have the doors open. The kids loved the game room!

Great Multi-Family Townhome
Stuart 3 was the ideal layout and location for our two families. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably after the days activities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area accommodated everyone for meals. The large garage was ideal for all of our bikes and floating equipment. Finally, the location was perfect. We prefer the mountain area with walking/biking access to everything Steamboat has to offer. We'll definitely book this property again in the future.

Loved the location!
We had a great stay at Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 3 this past weekend. The location was wonderful, right on the mountain with walking and bike paths out our door. We could easily walk up to the Wild Plum (small grocery store) to grab coffee or a snack and then walk to the mountain. We grilled out one night and loved the deck space. Plus the three levels allowed everyone their own privacy. We had family dinner at the big table and enjoyed every minute. Added bonus, the foosball table in the kids cave! Steamboat Lodging Company went all out in welcoming us with some tasty treats and notes about town to help with our stay. We hope we can come back this winter!
