About this cabin rental

Come & enjoy this cozy 200 SF tiny cabin is located just 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina. It is the perfect place for couples, fishermen and small groups. It is also located just 6 miles from town. It is private, convenient and relaxing.

We also have rentals next door. VRBO # 4629191 (The Lake House at Beaver Creek) and VRBO # 4553133 (The Beaver Creek Getaway).

Plenty of parking!

Maximum # of guest allowed in rental is 5 people.

NO pets allowed. $500 will be charged if suspected.

It has everything you would need including:

Close to the lake and not that far from town. The little home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our nights there.

We were spending days at the lake and this little getaway was perfectly located, just about a mile from the lake. The spacious covered front porch was perfect for a rainy or sunny day.

Great place for a couple to stay and have some R&R. The circle drive in front of cabin is perfect for truck and boat trailer. Launching the boat is very close to cabin. Overall…..great place

We’ve stayed here several times for the weekend and love it. Quaint space perfect for the two of us. Always clean and well kept. Super close to the lake with boat trailer parking. Great patio and fire pit area to hang out at night.

Property was as advertised. It is a couple of minutes from Beaver Creek Marina and a couple minutes away from the general store. We had plenty of room for two guys. Our time was there devoted to fishing most of the time. Property had plenty of room for our truck and boat. Grill was not good, but we did grill on it. Nice fire pit with plenty of firewood. Porch was as big as the room inside. It rained a lot and we hung out on the porch when we were not on the lake. Owner and host were very good with communication. Place inside was pretty small. This would be good for two guys fishing, three may be a stretch despite having a huge bed and couch. You just might be running into each other. They had a good kitchen set up with coffee maker, stove and microwave. Huge Fridge. Washer and dryer worked out great when we had wet fishing gear from the rain. It would be perfect for a couple or couple with small child. Porch is awesome, especially at night with the lights. We would definitely go back.

Great cabin, really close to the lake. Everything was clean, it was comfortable and well taken care of. Loved sitting out at night on the lighted patio. Great place to stay with plenty of parking space for trailer/boat- highly recommend!!!

Really loved this cabin and Heather was awesome answering my texts about specific asks. We rented a pontoon at a marina 15 miles away for 1/2 day very beautiful lake. The marina closer to the house is smaller and seemed more for locals with own boats and house boat rentals. It was peaceful and fun to be down near Lake Cumberland!

Just what we were looking for! Property is one mile from the marina. Made it easy to get to and from the lake. Property had everything you could think of! Very clean and the perfect size for us. This is a good place to stay if you aren’t wanting to do much other than visit the lake from Beaver creek marina. It is a 50 min drive to a lot of things on the other side of Cumberland lake even though it’s only 6 air miles. The cabin is nice for a weekend getaway and lots of necessities are included.

Heather’s “Little Getaway” was simply perfect! We own lake property right down the road & needed overflow space for friends. The cabin was clean & the perfect size. The porch held everyone for games and drinks when a rainstorm rolled in also!

Lovely little get away

Lovely little get away

It was first trip to more rural parts of kentucky. I saw the pictures and loved the place. Upon arrival it was not as polished as I had hoped but it was cute and cozy. The only complaint was that we didn't know it was right on the road so we heard traffic to and from boat launch. We sleep with earbuds and ear plugs usually so once we got used to it it was okay hit it was a loud at times. The owners were pleasant from the communication we had via text and email.

Check-in was super simple and non-contact. Property description was accurate and host answered questions quickly. Plenty of parking and outdoor space to host a few friends. Provided amenities (firewood, charcoal, etc.) were great. Will definitely return to this property.

I’ve rented from Heather at another property before, a couple houses down. I did not have an issue last year with that and did not have an issue with this property either. It is more-so for 2 people, although you could fit a 3rd in there but it might be a little tight. You can park at least a 21’ boat hooked up to the truck, and could probably get at least a 23’ if needed. It’s within a mile or so of Beaver Creek Marina, so that’s the main reason we like these properties because it’s so close and easy. Everything seemed to be supplied as needed, so we didn’t have any issues there.

The Little Hideaway is perfect for a weekend at the lake. The front porch is nice to site and enjoy the sounds of nature. The firepit area is setup nice even though we didn't get to use it. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. There is a gravel access lane off the road which was nice to know you wouldn't be blocking the road while parking. High speed internet let us stream movies in the evenings and just relax. Heather is great and we will book with her again!

We were looking for something different and this tiny house was just it. The porch is delightful for sitting on in the evening and playing games. The only drawbacks were how close the cabin is to the road which leads to the Marina and if you have a bad back the mattress isn't anything special. But overall great couples stay. Very clean and friendly.

The cabin was very nice! It would be great for a couple. We were two older men who came to Lake Cumberland to fish only, we found that not being able to control the temperature in the cabin for ourselves was not satisfactory! Kentucky weather changes daily and for us we did not sleep well due to the temperature in the cabin. Other then then this it was nice.
