The Old Vicarage is a spacious property resting on the outskirts of Tiverton in Devon. It comes with five bedrooms, comprising of a king-size with en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC, a king-size, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, together sleeping up to 10 people. There is a family bathroom, as well as a walk-in shower room. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, a snug and a music room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a large garden with a lawn area and a terrace area with furniture. The Old Vicarage is an outstanding property.

Range cooker with oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, WiFi, 2 x Smart TVs, selection of books and games, sound system and 2 x pianos and a grand piano. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair & travel cot available. Ample off-road parking and bike storage. Sweeping lawned garden with outdoor dining furniture.
