We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Great location - within walking distance to downtown and shops.

My husband, son, & father in law stayed for a wedding this past weekend and it was a frustrating experience. The kitchen items were dirty, the ice trays were broken and “ice bin” disgusting. I had to throw out broken glassware & gladware containers. There weren’t extra sheets incase of needing to change bedsheets from general dust or debris from alpine life. I’m from a dark sky community and I am fully aware of the out door lighting requirements. We arrived in pitch black conditions 4 of the 8 solar path lights were broken and porch light was useless. We all tripped multiple times trying to navigate the front porch until we could locate our flashlights. The neighbors on the right played loud music well past 1:00AM. We like music but it’s a challenge for getting a kid to bed. The washer/dryer situation is nice to have but you can’t run it at night because it shakes the whole house and you have to separate all the dishes to keep them from breaking or rattling. Turned it on before bed and realized our mistake quickly; so we ran it while we were out. FYI beds are extra firm foam mattresses. Wonderful thoughtful touches for pups (we didn’t bring ours). The last night we were there a big puddle of water gathered on the bathroom floor and we couldn’t find the source. The house is cute and homey. We ended up washing just about all the dishes just to make sure someone did. Overall..meh frustrating experience. We had a great time with family; won’t stay here in the future.

House was clean, charming and comfortable.
The fenced yard was an adequate space for our dog but the grass burrs were troublesome.

Great location for myself and 5yr old son. Fenced in back yard was nice for him to play in. Easily walk to restaurants and other activities.

One of the greatest advantages is that you can walk to many goods and services. On most days, I rode my bicycle west and at the edge of the city Wagon Road had views that could rival national parks.

No issues at all. Great house for a small group.

We chose this property primarily because it was advertised as pet friendly. The house itself was charmingly rustic and overall acceptable (although the AC units could not cool it comfortably at night). The yard, however, was not at all pet friendly. About a third of the yard was sharp xeriscape rock chips, and the rest of the yard was infested with small goat head thorns. Our poor pup tiptoed painfully through the yard whenever he had to take care of business; then we had to pick thorns out of his paws after he limped back inside.

This little space was perfect for the gathering. I was within walking distance and that really helped a lot. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the electric fireplace.

This house was so cute and had everything we needed. Perfect location when moving my daughter into her dorm room. Very clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of charm.

We sure loved staying here with our dogs! Did a lot of sightseeing and sitting on the front porch.
The beds were very comfortable and the tub was great for a deep soak.

Check-in was simple and straightforward. The house was clean and contained everything we needed for cooking and staying there. The house is larger than it looks in the photos; more than enough room for our family of 4. Ceiling fans in nearly every room allowed us to avoid needing to use the cooling veru much. Would definitely stay there again.

The little casita was adorable and funky just a block from the University and a short walk over to shops in town. It was a bit small for us and our 3 dogs and they got a little restless because it rained for half our stay. They did to enjoy the large backyard for one day though. We still thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and would definitely recommend this place.

We just had an overnight stay. Property was clean and looked just like pictures. Cute and quiet.

We basically needed a headquarters that could be restful after several days of side trips. The casita was comfortable and felt like home

Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The biggest dislike we had was the tub. It was a converted horse trough. We're all country people so we know one when we see one. The one short person in our group had problems getting in and out of it, and even the taller ones bumped their toes a few times. It was pretty narrow also and it was easy to get tangles with the shower curtain.
The stove worked fine, but was a little dated.
The A/C worked fine, and we all loved the heater/faux fire place in the evening. The front porch was enjoyable to sit on anytime of the day or night.
Overall, we loved it and would stay again. Would have liked to have met April, but with the COVID precautions I understand.

Great Place to Stay in Alpine
The house was perfect for 2 friends. The location was perfect, quiet and easy access to everything. Everything we could ask for was in the house. Our only suggestion was a full length mirror on the wall between the bedrooms.

Short getaway
Lovely place for our family of 4 and two dogs. Although it was freezing at night we stayed warm, there were enough blankets and heaters.

Great stay for our long weekend
This was the perfect little spot for us. Check in was easy and location was central for our purposes. House was clean, soft towels and sheets, had all needed kitchen appliances. The shower did have a high step up to get into. The fort porch had a nice outside seating for morning coffee. We would rent again.
