Great hotel staff and very nice place to stay in Noumea.

Very friendly and helpful staff and went beyond to help up with lot of topics and arrangements! Also the GM is such a great person to talk to and very approachable! The hotel design and art pieces are really cool and we felt really well there. Paid breakfast was great!

It would be great to have a lift in the right wing of the building, as it’s not easy to get to some rooms on 2nd floor - but that’s valid to only on part of the hotel.

Pas d'ascenseur...ce qui n'est un problème qu'avec les "grosses valises" à l'arrivée ou au départ.

Served our need as a one night stopover

The room was what we expected. We were only staying one night before leaving for home. There is a good takeaway across the street, and a nice vegitarian cafe down the street,

Great place to stay.

Staff were great, friendly and very welcoming. Hotel was very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was included and amazing. Couldn't eat it all. The room was very spacious and included tea/coffee making facilities. Price was good as well. Highly recommended.

Great location for city centre and very friendly staff.

The room is very clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. The communial areas for eating or just sitting around are really nice and loved the art everywhere. Great location if you want to look around the Noumea main city centre.

Lights were very dark in room, made it hard to see at night time. Photo on our wall was a little odd.

Superb

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Good shower. Good value compared to other properties in Noumea. We enjoyed breakfast there one of the mornings and we were happy with it. Again, good value.

it is very annoying that when you arrive at a hotel prior to check in and it is very clear rooms are available they do not give you access. its a bit petty.

it was very reasonable price wise, spotless and within an easy walk to many places

although it was modest it was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the area was convenient but a bit of a mess. the room was quite small

Great stay

Very cool and artsy hotel. Room and bathroom exactly like the pictures provided. A small shop located beside it (pretty expensive but better than the resort prices) Reception staff helpful. All staff friendly. wifi good, available in rooms. selection of tea/coffee/hot choc in room with jug. each floor has a purified water dispenser. 40min journey from the international airport. We booked the shuttle which made the transfer very easy. 10min to the domestic airport. Caught a taxi (which the hotel organised for us)

I had requested twin beds in my booking but given a Queen. We arrived very late so couldn’t be bothered asking to change. But worth checking if you are travelling with friends and twins is important. It can be echoey from the corridor into the rooms. Best solved with earplugs.

Cockroaches in the room. Bathroom smelled. They did not make the room, we had to ask for it to be made at 4PM.

unfortunately we arrived very late and we had to pay an extra fee for arriving later than normal. Our room was very old and there were small cockroaches in the fridge and general bathroom area. a little bit dingy. however the breakfast area was nice and the staff there very accommodating and nice. we enjoyed a great breakfast.

Our room was not the nicest with small cockroaches in the fridge and general area.

The Night staff was very welcoming and helped us to our room. In the morning he was still there and was helping with breakfast.
