The toilets were nice

I purchased the room because the pictures showed that it had a tub. But when I went into the room it did not. The front desk was no help. This is clearly false advertising. I am upset that I did not receive the room that you advertised to me. The $10 parking fee is ridiculous! The hot tub cannot be accessed until late morning. Why am I paying for an amenity that you are time-keeping me from? The hotel bathroom light lights up the entire room due to poor design.

Nice place in the forest

Great room suitable for 2 adults and 3 kids. Convenient beds, nice bed linen, clean room, polite staff. Overall feeling of being in the secured place.

A bit overpriced, but may be because it was the same day reservation.

Great place to stay while visiting the west lake Tahoe area

This hotel is located not far from the highway and sits right above downtown Truckee where you can find many food options.

I’ll be back.

Everything. The comfort you feel when you enter a well maintained property. Clean spacious room. Very clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Close to downtown. And all of that at a reasonable price.

Did not like extra charges.

New and nice hotel. Extra bed for 2-nd kid. Close to Northstar.

Extra charges for everything. Booking.com quoted $498, including all taxes. On top of that the hotel slapped minimum $100 pet fee (!!!), and we did list the dog, $10 parking fee, and what appears as double taxes. In total extra $123 on top of booking.com quote.

The room was what we expected and it did the trick for us for one night, but it is too expensive.

The breakfast was very good and sufficient for our needs. We liked the eggs an sausages, waffles and oatmeal. The water for tea was lukewarm. I would have appreciated real boiling water.

The room should not be called a suite. It has a couch and does comfortably sleep 4, but a true suite would have a separate bedroom where I can close door.

Convenient location and quietness of the rooms

Staff was tired and demotivated Once I asked for local information on where to ski or hike to the front desk attendant, and in response I was handed over a binder, with the subtitles “look it up yourself” Not much a customer service response

Very good place to stay when looking for active vacation with the kids in Truckee area. The hotel was comfortable, well equipped and in reasonable reach to all major sites we wanted to visit incl. Lake Tahoe. Breakfast was good and we were also positively surprised by the level of window noise isolation (our windows were just above the highway but no way to figure that out by it's noise, it was really silent).

As Europeans we aren't used to such low level AC setup in the hotel which was a problem for us especially in the night when the only protection against the cold was to use the noisy heating...

Pleasant

The location of this property was wonderful and convenient.

The cost was exorbitant. I was completely taken back that the property was over $350 a night for Sunday thru Tuesday. Another downside was the inability to turn individual lights on without a card key that illuminates the entire sitting area.

hidden fees related to pets. Nothing on the hotel's page says there is a $100 mandatory cleaning fee. It is a third part of the rooms price.

Will definitely stay here Again!

Room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Absolutely loved the incredible breakfast!! Great location.

Didn't like the fact that I was charged to park on the property ($10). That's just a money grab and totally not necessary. I'm sure the hotel chain is doing just fine financially.

-Up charge for parking. Car is only transportation to get there or Uber. - Pay for queen beds but beds ar double. - run outof breakfast had only scrambled eggs and bagels lef - bathroom has only sliding door - price value don't match

The room was very spacious with a beautiful interior design. The staff was very nice and the hotel served a good breakfast with fresh fruits and lots of choices.
