About this house rental
Relax with family and friends in this top floor Marsh Walk villa. The building has an elevator for residents use as well as a neighborhood swimming pool for this regime. This beautiful villa boasts a fabulous screened in porch to enjoy the marsh view and sunsets. The kitchen features white cabinets with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. The unit also includes a wet bar and stackable HE washer/dryer. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa for additional guests. It boasts hardwood floors throughout the entire villa! The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a HDTV, hardwood floors, an en suite bath and access to the screened in porch thru sliding glass doors. Delight in the views from the charming screened porch where you'll find comfortable lounge seating for 6. Both bathrooms have been updated. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, hardwood floors and full bath access.
This location is convenient to the Lake House wellness/community center, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village shopping center. Just a short bike or car ride will take you to the beautiful 3.5 miles of pristine beach! 2021 Marsh Walk is the perfect place to kickoff your Seabrook Island vacation.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. Property was in fantastic condition, and roomy for my wife and I. Screened porch is laid out well with plenty of seating and an awesome view of the sunset which is a must have for us. Quiet building in a great location at the front of SBI.

Our family (myself, wife, and 7 year old daughter) enjoyed a wonderful week-long vacation at Seabrook from 7/16/23-7/23/23. Last year we stayed at 2021 Marsh Walk and were fortunate to stay at the same condo this year. It is a very well-maintained property and perfect for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was easy. The amenities were great. My husband loved playing pickleball. We loved that our unit was on the top floor. We felt like we were living in the trees on the screened in front porch. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking dinners for a smaller group. We would definitely visit again.

This villa was appointed beautifully and had a great flow. It was super clean and was located close to a very private pool and to amenities outside the property. It was so pleasant to watch the birds outside our balcony in the morning. Biking was great and easy, the beach was not crowded and spectacular. We had a great time.

A great family vacation at Marsh Walk Villas (Seabrook Island)
This condo was perfect for our family of 3, including our 6 year old daughter. We enjoyed our stay from 7/18/22-7/24/22. Check in and check out were very easy. The condo was clean and everything worked well in the kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay again next year.

Great Condo
Perfect for two adults and two teens. Condo had everything we needed, great Marshview, close to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields and Kiawah where we had friends staying. Would rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay at 2021 Marsh. This was our third time in the past couple of months in Seabrook Island. We have stayed in many nice places, but the views of the marsh here were really special.
I would definitely go back and book another stay there.

Enjoyed our time at Seabrook! Beautiful, quiet setting. Great opportunities to bike to the beach or other island spots. The townhome was well furnished and exceptionally comfortable! The oversized screened porch overlooking the marsh was glorious at sunrise and sunset!!

We had a great time at Marsh Walk. Parking and access was easy and the Villa was clean and inviting. The screened in deck area was great with the marsh overlook. The only small issue we had was the bathroom that was supposed to be handicap accessible did have a step in shower but the door opening made wheelchair access impossible.

We had a great time at Marsh Walk. Parking and access was easy and the Villa was clean and inviting. The screened in deck area was great with the marsh overlook. The only small issue we had was the bathroom that was supposed to be handicap accessible did have a step in shower but the door opening made wheelchair access impossible.

We will be back!
The unit was perfect for our little group of three, though my 16 year old wished there was a tv in the second bedroom. The view from our screened porch was wonderful and the space was large and relaxing. I loved the sound of the marsh in the morning. Our only hiccup was getting in contact with someone the first night to get the code to the key box. Nancy got that to me and we were able to get in and take a load off without worrying about a thing. We will definitely be staying again and maybe for a bit longer of a break next time.

Very clean and cute property. Great sunset views from Salty Dog restaurant. Wonderful public beach on Kiawah Island. A good 35 minute drive to Charleston - avoid rush hour on your return drive.

This was the perfect sized villa for a family of four. The unit was very clean and the remodeled bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout made the property feel very modern.
The access cards to the neighborhood pool did not work but the amenity cards to access the lake house pool and beach club pool (with fee) is definitely the best option. The amenity office staff was a bit clumsy explaining the difference between the lake house vs beach club pools on our first day. They wanted us to come down daily to the office to even get the included lake house amenity cards because at the same time we purchased the beach club amenity cards ($30 fee) and they said we could not have both cards at one time even though they were different cards. They finally relented and we were able to get both cards one included and the other after paying the fee. We only point this out because it did seem like we were the first people to ever ask about cards. To clarify this had nothing to do with the Coastal Vacation Team or the home itself as both of these items were A++. Just wanted to point out for future renters.

Peaceful Location
The condo was very nice. The screened balcony view was also nice with a variety of bird sounds in the morning. Washer and dryer in unit was convenient. If Seabrook amenities are important, I strongly encourage to call amenity office to see what is available. All on-site restaurants including pool area, were closed most of our stay. The beaches are beautiful, you’ll have to bring your own chairs and cooler as the unit did not offer them. This was not a problem for us. I look forward to another vacation in the area.

Great Rental in Seabrook Island
Nancy was an amazing communicator and very helpful in getting our family set-up and settled at the property. The location was idyllic for our tribe (which includes small children), with access to lots of family friendly activities in the community and nearby. We'd highly recommend Nancy and her team for anyone looking for a relaxing few days in and around the Charleston area. We'll be back!

Excellent Getaway
It was perfection - nice, quiet restful getaway spot without crowds, making it easy to avoid COVID-19 during the thanksgiving holiday period. Great for cycling. It’s amenities and proximity to Kiawah Island and Charleston afforded us many options for having fun.
