We were very happy with our choice for a couple of days away.

The building is lovely and so are staff. We arrived too late for the restaurant but we were directed to great Indian takeout next door and KA provided the plates etc we sat and in the restaurant. My little well behaved dog was made very welcome.

We stayed on a Saturday night and the band went on a bit, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Nice place to stay, perfect for airport

Stopped here for work, great for the airport, the water leaked while I was having a shower through the plug and down into the restaurant, other than that it was great

Great little hotel, close to Stanstead airport

Easy check in, close to Stanstead airport easily a good little hotel for a night or two. Nothing too fancy but it does have a good pub next to it.

Not acceptable , really would like a refund, should not be called a hotel

There was no breakfast, used near by cafe, did not think a box of cereal and old milk were sufficient

No housekeeping throughout our visit , no change of towels until complained, milk had gone off in the chilled cabinet , electric fan in bedroom had half an inche of dust on , not impressed

Very small room, very small bed

Good location for us

Hot and humid room and the fan supplied was totally ineffective. Smallest double bed I think we’ve had in a hotel. Lots of money for what it was.

Very friendly and caring staff, great food and lovely pub with a nice atmosphere. Location close to the train station is perfect for onward journeys. Looking forward to coming back soon

Unfortunately they don’t do breakfast but there’s a lovely cafe in walking distance.

It could have been better.

The pub staff and customers were friendly. The pie was excellent. The room was a good size.

My messages to the pub were not answered. The fire alarm went off at 2 am. There was no breakfast but they did provide cereal and milk but the milk was on the turn. There was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom. A T shirt had been left in the bathroom by previous guests but not removed. You were expected to enter your registration on a screen in the bar.

Everything, all in one place

Only a minute from the train station, great room and bathroom, I had a very good meal downstairs in the pub, staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved it

10 out of 10 for us . Stunning room , beautifully decorated , great continental breakfast in room which I didn’t expect . very comfortable great pub & restaurant downstairs . Right by the train station & shops .

Lovely rooms, lovely pub, lovely food. Would definitely return.

Didn't have breakfast as I had to leave before it started, but the menu looked fantastic!

When checking-in, I stood around for quite a while at the allocated spot before someone came to help.
