The balcony with a view of the mountain and village is just outside! Guests of this condo will enjoy access to Lion Square Lodge shared amenities, including three hot tubs and the heated outdoor pool.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Customer service was excellent when needed: Master Bedroom TV "froze" because it was on the wrong HDMI; request for extra coffee was promptly delivered; request for extra toilet paper and fresh hand towels/wash cloths were promptly delivered; request for Master Bath toilet lid to be fix was fixed within minutes.
This was our second consecutive year at staying at this property. WE LOVE THIS VAIL LOCATION. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
