The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea traces its roots to the 1920s. In February 1924, developer William F. Morang, a Boston businessman, purchased and platted the property of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea from Henry S. Moody and John C. Gregory. Several years later, Melvin I. Anglin, a building contractor and real estate investor from Gary, Ind., bought the land with the intention of starting a new beachside community in South Florida. Anglin later became the Town's first Mayor.

This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a 65” Smart TV. King beds with a large dresser in all bedrooms for your clothes. Full closet with shelves and hangers. Note: No tvs in the two guest bedrooms.
In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The family room has a leather sofa that is a sleeper sofa that can be used to sleep on if needed. Large dining table. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.
There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.
Close by retailers are: Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and Coral Ridge Mall all within 1.9 miles
Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.
To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. .
Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.

The house was perfect for our family gathering for Mother’s Day. Just as advertised. The pool was very refreshing and the house was convenient to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. A very relaxing stay.

The house was absolutely stunning.! The living areas area very spacious and each room comes with all necessities such as towels, soap, lotion and more. Kitchen also comes with everything you’ll need for your stay. The outside pool area is great and has tons of pool toys. Also located closely to stores and shops. You’ll honestly not want to leave and truly enjoy your stay! 5 stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The property was clean, well furnished, and the perfect location. The property owner was responsive to all inquiries within minutes. The pool area was private and perfect size for 6 of us to hang out all day comfortably.

The booking process was easy and quick. The communication before checking in was awful. While there, I emailed more than once and never heard back. I asked the property manager to please call me-never did. The property and location were perfect

Good location but many issues
Located in a tranquil neighborhood the house is in a great spot. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and to Publix. However, the guest bathroom had small roaches coming from the drain and when we contacted the owner they said pest control would come but the issue persisted until the final days of our stay. The pool didn't seem to have chlorine and nobody came to clean it until two days before we left. Also, the photos listed are old photos, the bedrooms shown all had TVs mounted onto the walls, but they weren't there during our stay.

Relaxation by the Beach
The house was just as described and was within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone.

Great location. Close to beach, grocery store, restaurants & Lauderdale by Sea pier. Could walk everywhere. Great farmers market on Sunday at El Prada Park.

The property was just what we needed! A great house, yard, neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Fernando was quick with any questions we had . Would definitely come back.
