Amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful studio for a night, and it exceeded all my expectations. The size of the room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably. The bathroom was equally impressive, with modern amenities and ample space. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning garden. It was beautifully maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. I spent some time there enjoying the peaceful surroundings and soaking in the beauty of nature. Another major plus was the availability of parking space right at the property. It made it extremely convenient for me to bring my car and explore the surrounding area without worrying about parking. The studio's proximity to the sea was also a huge bonus. It was just a short walk away, allowing me to easily access the beach and enjoy some time by the water. Additionally, the easy access from the motorway made it incredibly convenient for me to reach the property without any hassle. Last but certainly not least, the host was absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Their hospitality truly made my experience memorable. Overall, I had an exceptional stay at this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea. I can't wait to visit again!

Ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο δωμάτιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, καθαρό. Επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση με τιμιότητα, αμεσότητα και σεβασμό. Τοποθεσία ιδανική για διερχόμενους λόγω γειτνίασης με την εθνική οδό αλλά και σε όμορφη τοποθεσία κοντά σε υδροβιότοπο.

Calm and relaxed stay, may be the best place in the road to another areas of Greece

Very nice studio, clean and comfortable Includes everything what could need in the stay The area is calm and very relaxing Parking is right to the yard The host Katerina is very responsive and accurate Recommended for stay in the area

The village is not big, there is no one shop or kiosk, just few taverns. The beach and the sea are not like ordinary Greek beach and sea.

Great host, very clean and good for relaxation.

Our stay at Studio Eleni was excellent. The host is happy and always ready to help. Our stay was in the "Family Studio" which was actually an entire household with two separate bedrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with normal large refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler, etc. Everything was also super clean. All utilities such as WiFi, TV were functioning very good. Outside we had a large terrace-patio and there is also a nice garden. There is also good parking. The location of the studio rooms is also OK as in walking distance you can reach several good taverns on the seaside.

Spacious, quite and clean rooms. It looks much better in reality than in photos. It has a car parking inside the yard. Great value. Very convenient location as we needed a place for a night in our way to southern Greece. The host was very friendly and helpful.

If you copy the address from Booking to Google Maps, it will point you to a different location about 300 meters away. Maybe it is easy to find during the day, but we arrived late at night and our kids were impatient, but the owner saved us :)

A Great Find!!!

We were met at the gate by the owner and greeted with a smile. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and as we were traveling, this made an excellent stopping point for the evening. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Also, the hotel is a quick walk to restaurants and coffee shop. We also loved walking out and seeing the sea. Overall, a fantastic find and very affordable! We loved our stay.

Lack of service clothes

The large space of the room and its views of the sea.

They only gave me one towel, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper. And on the bed there was no top sheet and the duvet was small.

Nice appartement

Exceptional

Studio Eleni is a wonderful accommodation, and so much more than an accommodation. Catharina was extremely helpful, taking me with her to near towns and cities so that I could get everything I needed after arriving in Greece such as food and a European power plug adapter for my laptop. I am traveling without a car and public transport is much thinner in Greece now than it used to be. Without her help things wuld have been difficult. Studio Eleni is next to one of Europe's largest wetlands and there are pelicans, flamingos, herons, spoonbills and so much more right in front of the house. It's very beautiful! I highly recommend this place. It is also very clean, quiet and has everything needed for cooking etc. I also learned so much about Greece from Catharina. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Clean, spacious and great proximity to the local amenities- quiet but also readily accessible to the city of Thessaloniki by car. Very friendly hosts and overall fantastic value for money!
