Super vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie locatie in Oud-Heverlee. Ruime kamer die goed verduisterd kan worden. Rustige ligging.

It is a charming Bed & Breakfast in a very quiet, rural location, but very good access to Brussels. We made a city trip with friends but deliberately chose a hotel outside the big city to escape the stress of everyday life! The Bed & Breakfast was a perfect choice!
Already at the very uncomplicated check-in we felt very welcome! The very nice hostess welcomed us and showed us our rooms. She had a good advice at any time, gave us great restaurant tips and explained the best way to get to the center of Brussels by public transport. She is always super helpful with a smile on her face.
The accomodation is her private house with the guest rooms on a separate, upper floor. The whole house is very stylishly furnished and fits perfectly with the wooden doors.
The "white room" is very large, with modern and very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. We did not use the integrated kitchen, but it was equipped with many utensils. The room was clean, bright and very nice with modern furnishing.
Even though we traveled in August, it was quite cold outside and we froze slightly under the thin blanket. We addressed this in the morning rather incidentally, as it was absolutely bearable. Our hostess brought us directly another blanket to our room.
We were able to agree very spontaneously on the evening of arrival that we would like to book breakfast the next morning. This we had not booked, but were very grateful that she offered it to us. The breakfast room is in their living room, which is very nicely decorated and the fireplace was burning. Breakfast was placed right on the dining table, there were delicious rolls, cheese, sausage, fruit, jam and eggs - fresh from the chickens in the garden. We noticed at every point how much love the hostess puts into her little hotel.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. The location was perfect, but it should be noted that the house is located in a residential area and not directly in the city center. To the city center of Leuven it is about 45 min on foot, alternatively you can also take the car or like us, the bus.

Good communication with host; stylish house; spacious, tastefully decorated room/apt.; nice surroundings; quiet inside and outside; would be definitely worth a longer stay
Nothing to complain.

Quiet neighborhood
The host was very caring
A little far from the city center
A little too much pressure to check out. By 10:30 am, I was already notified that the room was needed.

A bit more variety in breakfast would be better. I’m thinking about different cheese kinds and some vegetables like cucumber, tomato, salad
