Very enjoyable!

Very nice and clean.

The Air conditioning wasn’t working the first night in the room. The next morning I informed the front desk, they fixed it right away and I didn’t have issue after that.

Very convenient.

We look for this brand of hotel because of no smoking. We arrived and went to our assigned room. It smelled very strong of smoke. The desk clerk quickly gave us another room, no questions. Very helpful staff member.

Great room and clean hotel.

Clean room, working pool, great breakfast and courteous staff. We liked the double queen beds and the room was spacious.

The bathroom lights are on the same circuit as the switch for the main room lights so you can’t turn on the bathroom light without turning on an overhead light.

Great place to stay with your family.

My room was so big and was great for my mother, daughter and myself. After driving 10.5 hours that day I was ready to relax. The salt water pool was such a bonus. The barn door on the bathroom was such a cute bonus. The two ladies in the evening went above and beyond to assist me, especially the pregnant one.

The light switches in the room were very confusing and left us dark to use the restroom during the night. That was an experience I could have avoided. I think some of the people at the pool were not people staying in the hotel.

A facility that is not clean is NOT worth the money we paid

The beds we’re comfortable.

The hallway floor desperately needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom floor had several hairs on it which were there when we first entered the room. One of the beds didn’t have fresh sheets on the bed. One of the comforters has a blood stain on it. The breakfast staff did not keep up with keeping the food supplied and hot. NOT worth the price we were charged. The chair in our room had a very big stain on it.

NICE HOTEL OVERALL, GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY, , GREAT LOCATION, VERY DIRTY ROOMS, NO ONE CAME BY IN 3 DAYS TO CLEAN OR GIVE US FRESH TOWELS

ROOM WAS DIRTY, THERE WERE HAIR STRANDS EVERYWHERE IN THE BATHROOM AND IN OUR ROOM, SO GROSS!

Good food, great coffee, friendly staff, great location,poor cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast was good, I love the coffee bar and the juice was fresh and cold.

My towels were dirty, makeup and hair on them, also the bathroom floor and shower had hair everywhere. This kinda freaked me out, so we didn't use the coffee machine In the room. I don't think our room was clean, they just made the bed and probably vaccuum the floor. Also,the carpet in the hallway could use a shampoo.

After a slightly bumpy start it was a fine stay for the weekend.

The breakfast was top notch as well as the breakfast area. It had a great selection of hot and cold selections(eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, waffle maker etc as well as cereal/milk, yogurt, fruit juices, white/chocolate milk). The are was clean and had pretty good seating. The pool was good but a touch small. Might not have usually felt small but there were about 20 people in the area at one time, so it was loud for a bit. But it was plenty nice.

Before I say anything, the staff remedied the issue quickly. BUT... when we entered our room we first saw a sock on the counter. That's odd. So we started looking around as we went on in. The beds and all were crisply made with fresh sheets/covers, but the bathroom floor hadn't been swept well and there was debris near the door in our room. It was kinda off putting at first. But once alerted the hotel staff immediately came and addressed the situation with apologies. All was well after that.

Other than the one employee it was a fantastic stay and we will be back.

The breakfast was great and far exceeded expectations. Variety, clean counters and eating area. Maintained with excellence. Don't change a thing...I'll be back and will expect the same.

Every business has issues with employees...management was fantastic and helpful as was housekeeping. There was one employee however that was extremely unpleasant and actually lied to my self and other guests. I had my family there...we had four rooms...one family group checked in early evening on Friday, November 4 and she was rude to them unlike the two young ladies who checked me in early that day. Same employee was rude to other guests later in the evening. When I returned to my room on Saturday afternoon I found that I had not had any service to my room. Upon calling the front desk and inquiring about it the lady at the front desk said that it was only provided by request. I asked if I could at least get some fresh towels...she replied she was the only one at the hotel and I could come to the front desk and get them. When I arrived at the front desk there was another employee standing there with me and she seemed annoyed that she had to get fresh towels for me. I replied that would have been nice to know when I checked in and she said I could take it up with management in the morning and hung up on me.

I didn't like nothing about this property will never stay there again.

Had a 2 night stay but only stayed one night had to leave due to emergency back home. They wouldn't give me a refund for the 2nd night. I was charged for it.

Will stay there when we go back in a year, due to the staff were very friendly.

Is to get to, staff were friendly, rooms were spacious.

Sheets did not fit on the bed, kept coming off, pillows smelled as if they were not clean and the towels smelled as well.
