Maravilloso lugar

Está muy cerca de los sitios de interés pero a la vez alejado del ruido excelente lugar para descansar si personal muy amable muy atentos en todo momento un 10 para si atención.

L’accueil de Louisa a été exceptionnel. On s’est senti à la maison tout de suite. L’hôtel est légèrement excentré et à 10min à pied du centre mais tant mieux car le village est très bruyant la nuit. Le patron est de très bon conseil pour les balades. Attention, l’hôtel n’a de l’électricité que je quelques heures par jour (comme le reste du village). Ça ne nous a pas posé de problème, il faut juste bien prévoir les moments où recharger son téléphone. Mais le soir venu, quand vous êtes éclairés à la bougie (fournies par l’hôtel), cela a un charme fou. Il y a possibilité de réserver pour le dîner également, ce qui peut s’avérer pratique. Et le petit déjeuner change tous les jours, chose rare en Colombie. Le cuisiner argentin s’adapte en plus aux préférences de chacun.

El personal es maravilloso. Todos muy amables, en especial Federico y Luisa son muy atentos y cálidos. Las instalaciones también son muy bonitas y la comida es deliciosa

A beautiful oasis in the jungle, but still close to the town. Would recommend

The cabanas are gorgeous, very comfortable with nice bathrooms. All the staff are very nice. Breakfast was delicious each morning. A nice place to stay for a few nights.

The town is prone to power cuts and while this is out of the accommodations control, this meant we didn’t have a fan to keep us cool in the night so one night it was SO hot. We heard of other accommodations having solar fans or generators for the fans/AC and that would be ideal for these type of situations. Also its quite easy to miss the sign when walking past the accommodation. It shows up in the wrong spot on maps.me

Nice place, a bit hot!

Located on a quiet street (which is very nice, since the centre streets can be quite loud). Has a nice garden and place to sit in front of the cabanas. The bed is comfortable with a musquito net. Cabana was clean.

The cabana is not really closed off, so we had our fair share of bugs in the room (and a big frog in the toilet). We also found that our cabana got really hot during the day (even hotter than outside). There was a fan, but the electricity went out at 5 am. The fan was not enough for us to stay cool enough to sleep in the night.

Lovely spot, highly recommend it.

Lovely cabin set in a relaxing setting. The staff were really friendly and cooked us a great breakfast. It’s a little walk out of the main town so it was quiet to sleep.

The location is not accurate on Google Maps so it was hard to find. We had to ask someone in order to find it.

Peaceful Place - Highly Recommended

The staff was very friendly and welcoming (we really appreciated their flexibility with our reservation when the boats weren't running from Necocli). Loved our rustic cabana in the garden with the open air shower. Comfortable bed with (very necessary) mosquito net and fan. A ten minute walk from town, but if you want some peace and quiet in Capurgana, you WANT to stay outside the center (loud music and motorbikes make for constant noise in town). Good breakfast and nice common areas where you can hang out in the garden or laze in a hammock.

Cute rustique Cabañas

We liked the fact that is was a bit outside town. Is was very green, well maintained garden and the canañas were cute, comfy and the outside shower was a pleasure. They offered a diner cooked by a chef, wich was just 30k for a well cooked pasta pesto. The staff was very helpful and friendly, don't hesitate to ask them for help/advise.

Every thing was really clean, sheets and towels smelled amazing. But the room smelled a bit like moist. But it wasn't really disturbing, just something small to look in to :)

the cabins are lovely, the breakfast was banging and everyone working in there was super friendly.

the only downer is it’s hard to find. Google Maps has it marked in the wrong place so it’s best to get a lift there when you first arrive. When you know where it is, getting to and from town takes 10 mins and feels super safe.

Incredible - you must visit!!

This was quite honestly the most lovely stay we have had in Colombia! The owner and the chef were so kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was to an extremely high standard, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we also ate dinner there one night - it was so incredibly delicious!! We cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Thank you for the most wonderful stay!

4 nights feeling at home

Everyone who works here is just friendly and so helpful, the breakfast was super delicious and I really loved my stay in this beautiful cabanas. There is a terrace in front of the room, where you can look into a nice green garden area and enjoy a cold beer... It‘s also not that far away from the center with bars / shops and just about 10 minutes walk to the dock. Thank you Team of Cabanas Luna Escondida!

The area is hard to find with maps.me, so maybe a description after the booking including some pictures of the way would be great :)

Very good

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! The cook made the most amazing breakfast we have had in Colombia! The room was comfy and very pretty and so was the bathroom! Super clean!

Bit far away from town and not super easy to find!

Exceptional

A peaceful oasis close to town but far enough out to feel calm and hear the jungle. Everyone was extremely welcoming, food was delicious and we even extended our trip by a couple of days.

I would give 12 stars if possible. John and Georg were so nice, it was incredible. John was picking us up at the dock when we arrived with the boat from Necocli. And later he even took us around Capurgana and to the natural swiming pools and on another day he helped us to explore the way to Aguacate. He gave us many tips where and how we can go. The hostel is a bit outside, but therefore it is more quit. In 10 minutes you are at the dock and even faster at the first restaurants and bars. The food was really good. You can absolutley feel how Georg is cooking with passion. We even got invited for two very delicous dinners. The breakfast was very good and every day different. The hostel was designed by architects and you feel that. The garden and the Cabanas are very beautiful.
