Master bedroom with king bed has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double sink and double shower. Another guest bedroom with single bed plus trundle bed and adjoining shower bathroom completes the sleeping area on the main floor. Bar area and laundry room behind the kitchen. Second floor: two queen bedrooms have ensuite shower bathrooms and one has private balcony with table, chairs and umbrella. Another very spacious room counts two twin beds with trundle beds below for friends’ sleepovers, the adjoining bathroom has double sink and tub. The finished lower level offers a playroom with ping pong, foosball, small gym and a movie screen. Tenants are responsible for utilities such gas and electric as per meter reading, TV/WIFI, garbage pick up, cleaning, etc. Final cleaning is provided by a professional team, costs $600, and needs to be paid by the tenants.
