L'únic positiu és que el menjador és bastant ampli per estar amb la família.
La llista de punts negatius és interminable!
- la ubicació no és la que apareix a la descripció de booking
- a la cuina tansols hi ha una Paella i una olla per cuinar
- sota el sofà van aparèixer coses d'altres persones
- la cuna reservada i amb càrrec extra no tenia ni matalàs ni llençols, la qual cosa no es van dignar en solucionar en cap moment
- la fiança no la tornen sencera amb qualsevol excusa, en el meu cas dient que havíem trencat la cuna quan asseguro que no ha estat així
- només hi havia un rotllo de paper de wc
- el tovalloler del lavabo cremava i no es podia apagar, em vaig cremar l'esquena al sortir de la dutxa i és un perill molt gran pels nens
- el tracte per part seva és nefast, intentant que et cansis de reclamar alguna cosa
- les cadires del menjador la majoria mig trencades amb les potes ballant
- els matalassos dels llits amb les molles trencades, molt incòmodes i perillosos de caure només en seure a la punta
- no hi havia només que una bossa de brossa i no et donen informació sobre la seva recollida a la zona que estàs
- el que es considera llit supletori és pitjor que una hamaca plegable de platja en mal estat

Arriviamo e ci danno le chiavi in un posto lontano rispetto all’appartamento, e ci chiedono di lasciare una cauzione di 300 sterline. Arriviamo poi all’appartamento e ci accorgiamo che il divano letto era rotto, le doghe del letto si staccavano, materasso macchiato e struttura cadente. Scriviamo ai gestori che ci dicono che nel mentre sarebbero arrivati i manutentori a cambiare il divano letto; manutentori che arriveranno dopo due notti.
Quindi due persone hanno dovuto dormire su un letto rotto per ben due notti. C era un asciugamano per le mani per 6 persone, e un asciugamano per doccia a testa e basta. Non c erano prodotti per bagno. Pulizia dell’appartamento scadente. Dopo una giornata fuori torniamo e nell’appartamento c era odore di fogna nauseante proveniente dalle tubature. Tuttavia, dopo aver alloggiato in questo appartamento e dopo esserci fatti andare bene tutte queste cose; la struttura ci comunica che si sarebbero tenuti 23 euro di cauzione in quanto un asciugamano (quello delle mani) era leggermente sporco. Non lo consigliamo a nessuno, ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Non hanno una lavatrice per lavare degli asciugamani?!

Lovely spacious flat, good sized kitchen and living space. Friendly staff, good communication via WhatsApp.
Good location, nearby local amenities including co op, Tesco and Terry's cafe. Terry's cafe is excellent and worth a visit.
Just a 7 min walk from Borough and 10 mins from elephant and castle subway stations.
Inconvenient having to collect keys from different location, albeit the collection was very speedy.
Not knowing the location of the property was also inconvenient for planning trip, and subway routes.
Beds were a bit old, could feel every spring.
One two person sofa for a flat that sleeps upto 5 people.

The location was good and close to underground.
DO NOT BOOK THESE APPARTMENTS: Apartment was dirty with bed clothes, towels, duvet covers etc dirty and extremely poor quality. Duvets and pillows stained. Pull out couch was broken and had multiple stains
London apartments took nearly half our deposit claiming the towels we used were dirty (???). Coupled with this they claimed we stole 3 of the towels which was completely untrue. No one in this right mind would steal them give their conditon/quality. Do not book with this company.

Not in the location advertised even tho id asked for a hotel nearby to house two more family members so they ended up quite some distance away. Place was very basic no tea towels or even plug for sink to wash dishes. Crazy that you have to collect key 30 min train ride away but at least I had seen that in reviews but unfortunately after I’d already made booking. Won’t stay again

Good location and plenty room
The property itself was lovely but the service while getting keys was atrocious. Out apartment was also changed last minute and was further than stated it would be if it was to be changed.

The apartment was close to shops, restaurants and the underground and only a 10min walk to South Bank Globe and markets.
Reception to pick up keys was not close. The apartment was not well cleaned - dining table had crumbs still on it, bathroom floor not swept, thick dust over TV table. All beds need replacing as the springs can be felt. Bare necessities provided but no soap in bathroom and no tea towels or cleaning products. The basics were met with good location but I'll be paying more next time for better quality.

It was clean, lots of amenities
Location! It was terrible we were in the Bronx! We booked this as the location described was on the Thames. We had the pick the keys up in a random location and then had to walk another 15 minutes to an undesirable location.
No washing powder for the washing machine, no tea towels to dry the dishes.
When I contacted the office he just said we’re sorry your unhappy!
When I tried to contact them again no reply!
False advertising. Just flew in from Australia so was very disappointed with this!

Good location. Good size apartment. Good kitchen and well equiped.
Once booked we were informed we had to collect the keys from a totally different location to where the apartment was located (20 mins on tube), extremely inconvenient when you have 2 small children.
We were also told the property we saw online was not the one we’d be staying in - which was 20 minute walk from the original one (also very inconvenient with 2 small children)
No sheets provided for sofa bed (we booked and paid for 4 people) we were required to make up the sofa bed ourselves which is fine but when we called to say there were no sheets we never got a reply and no sheets were provided for the duration of our 2 night stay.

Stay away!! Honestly DISGUSTING!!!
Now I'll have a long battle to have my refund.

The location is not even close to the given location on booking. I get that they can not give the exact location, but it should be closer to the actual one because this was just scamming people. Anyway the location is still fine and not too far from anything. Also really strange that you have to collect the keys in a totally different area.
We had no hot water so I couldn’t shower the first day. They claim to have an emergency line but no one answers. With a lot of effort the water was fixed the next day in the afternoon. What is also terrible is that the apartment doesn’t even look like the pictures on booking. It was a bit dirty as well. I really don’t get that booking.com is allowing this kind of scam.

Not clean, towels were grim, including holes! Stains on sofa and inside bedroom furniture. No info on heating system or how to heat water. Couldn’t get TV to work. Some sort of hostel or drug rehab centre next door

our experience with this service was very bad, we do not recommend it at all, the department was not in adequate hygienic conditions, in one of the drawers there was rubbish of feminine sanitary napkins, in the bathroom there was only a roll of paper started, no there was soap not even to wash your hands, a jug to heat water very dirty, the beds very uncomfortable you could feel each one of the springs, there was a hole in the door where they removed one of the locks, we paid 70 pounds to collect the keys as a fine, be careful and check schedules because the office to pick them up is very far from the apartment, and it is hateful to have to go to the office especially if it is late and you are tired

The apartment was nice and had all necessary facilities and equipment. However, the heater in the bathroom couldn't be turned off (or down) which made the bathroom extremely hot.
The location was very unclear from the description. Only after we had paid everything, we received the exact address which was quite far from the address indicated on Booking.com
The key was to be collected from a completely different address on the other side of town. If you want it delivered at the address, you need to pay additional 40 Pounds - on top of late check-in fees (if applicable). We ended up paying 110 Pounds extra for these things, which we didn't expect and were not aware of before booking.
The beds were quite uncomfortable.

Great location, nice quiet street. The apartment was cute but quite dirty. Luckily we could just leave the keys there to leave the apartment, but picking them up across town was unexpected and annoying.
It was a different property than the one advertised (we were at 46 sudrey street, the reservation was at 118 tooley street), and was a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was not well cleaned (dust/hair everywhere), and having to go to Camden to pick up the keys was a pain in the ass. The beds were not comfortable (springs can hurt).
Internet did not work.

Nothing because it was not the apartment we booked or in the location we booked. It is 100% definitely not the apartment in the pictures.
There was plenty of contact when they wanted me to pay a deposit, then it goes down hill from there. I called the company because you can't locate the apartment, after you planned everything to get there. You are then told you need to travel 20 mins away with all your luggage and children to the offices in Camden. I then get the keys and infomation and see the address is different but l'm told it's because the entrance is round the corner from where we were, which was 15 mins in another taxi not round the corner. We then find we are on the 3rd floor when we are with 2 people who struggle to walk. I planned my holiday around the address l booked because we were further away it cost a couple of hundred pound extra to get around. We missed the event we had arrived to see that will never be shown again, it was a once in a life time chance, because by now we are 4 hours in to this mess. We open the door to the apartment to find it hadn't been cleaned even though we had to hang about whilst they finished it. The bins were full, there were dirty towels and bedding, the whole flat was dirty. In fairness we then only had to wait about 40 mins whilst they got a cleaner who was very helpful. One full day missed. I tool pictures of the broken items. I thought l booked a location close to what l was doing due to the 2 people coming with me who have difficulties walking far, instead we were so far away it took time off our holiday. 100% you don't the apartments advertised in the pictureand both the company that rent the apartment and Booking.com were unhelpful, so l will never book anything similar and once a loyal Booking.com customer they csn get lost too l wont be using them again. The address on the advert does exist that number wasn't there.
Don't waste your money or time book elsewhere

Location was inaccurate. Key collection was miles away (Camden) from the apartment (Southwark). Arrived at 3pm to collect key as agreed and was told that apartment would not be ready / could not collect key for another 90 minutes, which was unacceptable. When we arrived at the appartement cleaner was still cleaning the flat.

Uncomfortable beds, can feel the springs in your back.
If you are okay with having to travel across the city 20mins out of the way to pick up your keys, then having to stand and wait another 30mins for someone to open the door this is the place for you. Other wise find other accommodations, cheaper price is not worth the hassle. Also address on listing is not the same as the actual apt.

The location is excellent, though not as advertised. Closer to Borough station than London Bridge, but still very central and quick and easy to walk anywhere. Buses, trains all very close and lots to do within walking distance.
The apartment itself was just eh. First you have to go all the way to Camden to pick up the keys which is insane. Truly insane. In todays day and age, this should not be having to happen. The apartment itself is so hot, we were there for an unseasonably hot week and it was almost unbearable. You can’t even open the windows for air because it’s so loud. SO LOUD. The utilities are bare minimum. Some of the bedding seemed dirty, none of it fit the beds properly, the mattress didn’t even fit the bed frame properly? The coffee pot was broken, there were no cutting boards, knives were very poor quality, towels were tiny, and we were given only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. If the owners/managers put just a little thought and effort into this place, it would be amazing. But buy towels that actually fit around peoples bodies, give us enough toilet paper, buy new bedding that actually fits, etc. it’s the little things that really make a stay and his one completely lacked the little things. Also, seriously, it’s so loud. I would not stay again.

The property was booked as a 2 bedroom on Tooley Street that sleeps up to 6 - but we got a 1 bed about half a mile away that slept maximum of 4. Had to go to North London to collect keys. Arrived at 1 couldn't collect until 3. When I complained about being miss sold the property they said just complain to booking.com - they didn't care - avoid at all costs unless you don't mind getting messed around, ignored when you complain, then police having to attend to the neighbours after hours of screaming.
