The decor was unique.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows stiff and hard. There were lots of annoying little black flies, they were bothersome at night. The shower curtain did not completely cover the tub and there appears to be mold on the floor behind the bathtub faucets.

Great location. Met with a warm and friendly greeting.
NA - nice place.
4.3
Great view, cool old house.
Exterior grounds a little run down, floor not vacuumed, coffee mugs had residue from last guests. Hall smells musty.
4.3
Outstanding location, easy to walk the entire downtown. This is a beautiful city- the room was extremely quiet and comfortable. The price was great.
4.3
Very reasonably priced location with great room. Beats a regular hotel any day.
Staircase could of used a vacuuming but other than that perfect.

I loved so much about this property! The view was amazing. Room very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Claw foot tub!! Easy contactless entry. Patio overlooking astoria and river activity. I will stay here again and will recommend it to everyone.
Honestly nothing.

Location was perfect for easy access to this historical, seaside town. Premises are located on a quiet, neighborhood street.
4.3
cleanliness and friendly manager
2 small space heaters were not really sufficient for the overnight temperature.
4.3
House was amazing and so cool !
No complaints at all.
4.3
NOTHING!
Microwave, coffee cups and silverware were all set up in the bathroom. DISGUSTING! silverware was stored in a rusty old canned vegetables can. Again in the bathroom close to toilet. I don't know how this place stays open. Balcony and bathroom have a downward slope kind of throws off your balance when you walk in. It actually feels like it's sinking. We DO NOT recommend this place at all. Stay clear.

it was very nice and good location.

No breakfast included.
Broken screen on door to balcony and screen in bathroom

Ease of check-in. Absolutely adorable place. Great location to local amenities. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave all in room with clawfoot tub and shower. Wish I could have stayed longer. Way better than any commercial hotel. Private!

This was the staging area for our wedding! Great location and beautiful rooms.
Everything was great. Nothing to not like.
4.3
The location was great with ample parking. The house was easy to locate.
There was no breakfast, but presumably that was due to the ongoing pandemic. It would have been nice if the room rate had been adjusted for that.
4.3
The suite was very comfortable. The period furniture was lovely.
Many thoughtful touches throughout.
Would have liked having a fire escape!
Ended up eating at MacDonald's for breakfast as we couldn't find a spot to eat that was open within easy walking distance.
