Me and my family spent half a week at this property and had an amazing time! The variety of rooms, the full party garage, and the hot tub were some of my favorite things. The included pool and lazy river are great too. We left something after checkout, and the manager was quick to find someone to let us back in to get our left luggage. Would 100% book again and would love to make this our regular getaway house!

Rental was beautiful!!! Location and amenities were spot on. We had a group of 20 for a women’s retreat, food was catered at dinner times by Twisted Noodle and Costa Vida- SO good. They even do gf/df. The grocery store less than 1/2 mile away with a gelato stand was perfect. Our only grievance was the size of the beds. All the bunk beds, which are advertised as able to sleep 16 of the guests were not queen size- they are fulls. Fitting two full grown women 2 to a full -sized bed was not expected. We ended up having 4 women go sleep in a condo. As the hostess, That was not cool. My guests are awesome, and didn’t say much about it, yet I would have lid for the beds to just be bigger and not have this issue.

I had a great experience with this rental. The check-in was easy and the space was so comfy and cute. The communication with the property manager was not great. We sent an email and also called to get the hot tub cleaned and staff said that someone was on their way. That never happened and there was no follow-up. I also requested a coffee maker because ours was missing from the kitchen. We never did get one. I think the follow-up communication could have easily solved my frustration. I would stay at this location again.

Second time we have stayed here and it’s a good size for a group. Kitchen is well stocked. Only complaint is there are decorations on every possible surface—they are big and a lot of them. When traveling you need places to put things and we had to stuff decorations in all kinds of places so we had room. But it’s a great location and always clean. Property management very helpful and responsive.

The house amentities were great besides the hot tub. We pay extra for a hot tub and it was unusable. It was filled with white floaties and water was green and smelly. We paid extra for a hot tub and couldn’t use it. Called the contact number - no sympathy - just I’ll leave a message. Whatever that means. Asked if they could fix it while we were there - their response - “all I can do is leave a message.” It was cold when we were there and the community got tub wasn’t heated either. 4 huge bags of linens were also in the entry way. I contacted them and said someone will come pick them up. They were never picked up. Unfortunate that they could care less when you pay extra money to have a hot tub at the rental itself.

This was our second time staying at Paradise Village in St . George and it was the best! We stayed with a few families and we had ample space for all of us! The house came with built in entertainment for all (game consoles, board games, ping pong table, etc. plus you have the amazing water slide park, lazy river and additional pools! This home was great for our group of 20! It is conviently located between both pool areas. Well stocked and organized kitchen. Lots of towels. The kids had hours of fun in the game room and ejoyed the board games. all of The beds, even the bunk beds where confortable. The communty pools and slide area is what brings us back here. This is our third trip to stay in the Paradise village. Unfortunatly, we were not able to use the private hot tub after hiking the Narrows. We wanted to soak, but it was green when we arrived. They did come out to clean it but, the green slime grew back over night do we didnry use. When asking, they said it is emptied only every 2 months and not between stays. Disappointed, but too gross to use.

It's the perfect place for our family.This is the first time we stayed at Red Mountain Paradise and it worked out great for everyone. The Grandma's had their own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kids were able to play video games while we had an open kitchen, dining room, and living room to visit.We were able to spend time swimming together, roasting marshmallows, and going see a show at Tuacahn.I definitely recommend this property for those families wanting to spend time together relaxing or those who are out for adventure. The place was perfect for a team visiting for a softball tournament. So nice to have one bathroom for each bedroom. Outside space was nice with a hot tub and great rooftop deck. The place was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Two minor things the owners may want to address... some of the advertised amenities were broken (ping pong table had to be propped up with a laundry basket) and the liquid soap throughout the house had been watered down. For $5000 per week that seems a bit insulting. But overall a great place, great location, clean and we would rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, the open concept in the common living area, the private hot tub and the top deck/balcony! We loved the lazy river and slides as well as the upper and lower pools and all the pool toys that we were able to make use of.....the list goes on and on!
