The perfect sea view experience

Giannis has done such a good job with his place and we felt blessed to get to stay there. It is a beautiful place and very comfortable right on the beach. When the sun goes down and people leave the beach you get to have your own little desert island experience - but in comfort, drinking wine on your terrace with the waves lapping just metres away from you. Giannis the host was incredibly helpful and met us to check in. He helped bring the luggage across the beach to the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable with views looking out to the sea and beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. The hosts left a good selection of basic supplies to get you started. When we left Giants and his wife Anna met us and gave us a small gift. A truly wonderful experience.

A memorable, relaxing, and picturesque stay at Peter's Sea & Sand Residence

This is such a unique and beautiful property. The location is directly on the beach, so you can walk just a few feet and go for a swim. The property itself is beautifully updated and has everything you need for your stay. The property owner also made this such a special experience. He was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. He truly went out of his way to make our trip memorable (even brought us wine one night). We definitely recommend this property!!

This had to be one of the most amazing experiences. The location was central to Plaka, Pollonia, and Adamas. You pretty much have a private beach all to yourself. The host was exceptional! Very welcoming and greeted us with a stocked refrigerator with some snacks to get us started.

The place, location and host all together made for a memorable special experience.

Exceptional stay, more like an experience. The house is a renovated modern/cycladic style studio sitting right on the beach. The beach is not busy and we had it all to our selves most of the time. Super clean, we had a complementary basket of biscuits, snacks and the fridge was packed with drinks and local eggs! Kitchen was equipped with all you need, spices and local olive oil too. The house os also equipped with board games and snorkeling gear! Giannis was honestly the best host we've come across, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He brought us fresh homemade traditional dessert and cheese pies and even brought us goodbye souvenirs. We were hesitant in booking at first as it looked isolated and security was questioned however the moment we got there we felt comfortable and safe, the property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras (he taught us how to unplug those for our privacy) and the surrounding beach was lit at night. Giannis told us all about the best beaches and restaurants on the island and was very easy to communicate with.

Nothing short of perfection

Our stay at Peter’s sea and sand residence was beyond perfect. You cannot get a better location the photos do not do this place justice, we were quite literally just steps from the water and basically had our own private beach just outside our door. The beach is beautiful, and always very quiet. Giannis is the best host we have ever had, he was very welcoming he carried our bags upon arrival from the car to the house which was lovely and was very informative and helpful on recommendations of what todo and see in Milos. Giannis often checked in to see if we required anything and makes sure you have everything you need to have a perfect stay. The house was perfect it was equipped with everything you may need for an amazing stay, swim equipment, snacks, eggs from the farm, drinks, coffee and other items that made our stay very comfortable. The house was also very clean, well kept, and equipped with items for self catering. The bed was also very comfortable and we had the best night sleep listening to the waves. My partner and I got engaged during the time of the stay and Giannis made it extra special with the stay being decorated with balloons and a cake which was just amazing. This is by far the most amazing stay we have ever stayed at and a memory which would last forever, we will be back. Please note: a vehicle is required to park at the parking spot and guests are required to walk across a short beach (2-3 minutes) to get to the accomodation

Amazing experience

The location is a dream! Also Yannis is a perfect host and his wife makes delicious jam. The fridge was fully packed with fresh drinks and we received a nice gift at the end of our vacation + for my birthday.

The only remark we can give is the breakfast; we’d have loved some fresh products such as bread and or pastries instead of from the supermarket. Also a daily refill of the eggs and fruit could have been nice.

Exceptional

We had the most amazing stay at Peter’s Sand and Sea resort in Milos! Right on Mitakas beach and close to Sarakiniko and Firiplaka (among other key spots), the location cannot be beat. We arrived late and were worried about not having had time to pick up any food, but our incredible host Giannis had already ensured the fridge was stocked with fresh eggs, bread, homemade olive oil, water, local snacks, and more! He even took the time to share all of his recommendations despite it being late, and went above and beyond in every way throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and the place itself was very cozy and relaxing. In the evening, the beach basically becomes your own which is pretty special (and romantic!) I honestly wish we had more time there. This place will teach you all about the beauty of Milos AND Greek hospitality! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the wonderful island of Milos.

Perfect!

Everything was just perfect. The owner and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were incredibly hospitable–helping us with luggage, bringing us homemade baked goods and figs, making sure we were always stocked with water, etc... They looked after every detail and helped us at every opportunity, which was much appreciated. The cave house is on a gorgeous beach with Caribbean-hued water. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could imagine needing. We loved the sound of waves at night, but shutting the patio doors provides absolute sound proofing. We had the whole beach to ourselves after sunset and enjoyed our stay immensely. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing and unique place to stay in Milos.

Amazing property right on the beach. The place was well thought out with a water bucket and hose right at the entrance to wash away the sand. Nice little kitchen and fridge. It had everything you need! The host, Giannis, was amazing and welcomed you with a stocked fridge and pantry.

Perfect place. Would definitely recommend.

We have never had a better travel experience. The cave home was absolutely spotless, like new and was very tastefully decorated. It was like staying on our own private beach, steps away from the ocean, and truly one of the most amazing locations we could have imagined. Giannis graciously left a variety of drinks and snacks for us, including his own olive oil and eggs, as well as bread, cheese, coffee, crackers, etc. He also surprised us daily with a thoughtful offering- homemade pitarakia (cheese pies), wine from a local winery, and, when we asked him for his recommendation on where to find the best watermelon pie, we came home later that day to a package of fresh (still warm!) watermelon pie on our doorstep. To top it off, he wished us goodbye with a beautiful locally made gift to take home. Giannis also had excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches to visit and other activities, and welcomed us to text him at any time should we have any questions or need anything. To be honest, we shed a tear or two on our last night as we were so sad to leave! No need to think twice, book your stay at Peter’s Sand and Sea and look forward to special lifelong memories!

The place was unique and amazing! Perfect for a couple who wants to spend best moments in a beautiful wild and charming island. Giannis and his wife were wonderful! They brought us the local handmade breakfast every day! The view out of the place is simple outstanding we were literally with the feet on the beach. That was perfect for our honeymoon. Really recommended!

10 stars for everything!

This place is absolutely special and unique, we loved our stay in the Mytakas "sea cave". Where to start- the ideal location and having the Aegean sea literally on your doorstep, total privacy and isolation away from any neighbours, the tasteful design & clever use of space, huge & comfortable bed, fully equipped & modern kitchenette with luxury appliances, and all the amenities and extras you could ask for... But even more outstanding - Giannis' hospitality and attentiveness was second to none. He brought us fresh croissants and even home made vegetarian dishes when we informed him about our diet. We won't forget our time at Peter's Sea & Sand Residence

Not about the accommodation itself, but in the future I would come later in the season as we had the strong Northern 'Meltemi' winds in early September which create huge swell and waves that crash onto the shore and over the patio. This meant that we couldn't really make use of the beautiful outside patio area or beach, and therefore we didn't spend a lot of time at the residence.

Paradise in Milos

Everything is absolutely amazing: starting with the location, the quality of services and ending with the hospitality and friendliness of the owners, Giannis & Anna. They make you feel special since the first interaction, we didn't meet until now any host so friendly and focused on making you feel like in vacation. About the location: secluded, super clean, all the ammenities you could wish for, decorated with extremely good taste. The location is really special but it comes with something extra because of the owners. Efharisto, Giannis & Anna!

Giannis and Anna were such lovely and welcoming hosts. We were overwhelmed by all the homemade treats and little gifts they offered each day and how friendly and helpful they were with everything. The fridge and cupboard were well stocked with drinks and snacks and there were snorkels and slippers as well! The residence is amazing, the only place on the beach which is the main draw so from the hours of 8pm to 10am it is practically your own beach. The location is also perfect as it is secluded and quiet, but also just off the main road between Adamas and Pollonia, and really close to Sarakininko beach, so it's super easy to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to wake up to a beautiful beach and sea every morning and have a really unique holiday home. Top tip: would recommend ear plugs and an eye mask for the nights when the sea is extra loud. thank you so much again Giannis and Anna x

Dream House in front on a sandy beach...

The sea view was really amazing... The room was very comfortable and all the accessories we needed was provided to us. The fridge was full of fresh vegetables, fruits and eggs from the owners farm. Moreover, local tastes was given to us as well.
