There were cockroches near the toilet. The room was nowhere near the photos posted. They poated photos of the room with clean and white walls. They were already brown, lacks of maintenance.

Aircondition and the speed of wifi

Cleanliness and sanitation. There's a lot of cockroach in my room. Security- no stationed guard , doors are easily open. Beddings, pillows, and towels are dirty. No complimentary water , shampoo, etc.

THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY, LITTLE TO NO WATER, STAIRS ARE VERY STEEP, UNTIDY PLACE, RATS AND COCKROACHES ARE THERE, AIRCON I

Nothing is good or likable in this place, even our experience

THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY, LITTLE TO NO WATER, STAIRS ARE VERY STEEP, UNTIDY PLACE, RATS AND COCKROACHES ARE THERE, AIRCON IS SO DUSTY, SPACE IS SO SMALL NOT EVEN ENOUGH FOR COUPLE WHO TRAVEL AND HAS SO MANY THINGS, UNRESPONSIVE. We even told the staff about the rats but she didn’t even flinch or react. Gave us impression that they’re already used getting bad comments/exp. I JUST DONT KNOW WHY RED DOORZ AND BOOKING.COM still has them on their listing with all negative feedbacks from customers. NOT EVEN WORTH A PENNY!

Everything, from the outside of the hotel to the comfort room. It's so dirty and smelly, there's a lot of insects inside, the room was so small two people are impossible to walk together inside the room. Unfortunately there's no refund and the room was so expensive for it's class. This is the last place you wanted to be in. What a shame it passes the standard of this site.

Absolutely nothing!!!!!

I hated the whole experience. The staff were unwelcoming when we arrived, the stairs were steep. The room was absolutely vile, so dirty (walls and bedding), the area felt unsafe, the bathroom was literally unusable it was so dirty, it was noisy all night from the corridor / other guests. DON’T DO IT - wouldn’t even stay here for free again!!!

they only have to minimize being noisy while cleaning because tendency is that your guests wants to have a rest and not to be disturbed

the staffs are nice and friendly and the location was very accesible

the bedsheet has stain on it also the pillow case haa holes on it. Ang baho din ng pillowcase at kumot d ko alam kung hindi ba nila pinalitan. Also, this is my second time at this motel same price of room pero sobrang liit ng room namin ngayon than the last time. I also opted to pay thru my card in advance but I was charged im cash during my stay.
