The area was not as modern as we expected but inside it was clean. Enough linens and plates. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in the evenings. Wish we had another day and that it was a cooler season so that we could have enjoyed the great grill and outdoor area.

There were seven of us and we were performing in the Dance in the Desert Ffedtival at the Summerlin Library Theater. We were very busy and gone from the house a lot. Sleeping there was comfy and we made some breakfasts. We had a good time!!

Very clean property, owner very friendly and let us check in more than 2hours early, communication was great. This property is within 5 min drive to Vegas strip. Quite neighborhood and garage available. I highly recommend this property and I will stay again in the future. Thank you owner for the warm hospitality.

Property was spacious and clean. The garage kept the car cool. The grill came in handy for a at home bbq. The neighborhood was quiet. Walmart is minutes away for any last minute pickups. Overall I would recommend this listing.

Jessica’s house was perfect. Great size. Very clean. There was issues with the air conditioner so we roasted. But she tried to remedy it while we were there. She was a great host, very quick to respond. Would stay again if air conditioner is replaced.

Property was clean and with four bedrooms was perfect for our golf trip and our foursome of retired gentlemen. Neighbouring properties a little rough but not problems, and this house had some new paint and flooring and granite counter tops on kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom was roomy with ensuite and large TV. Nice backyard with propane barbeque that cooked us some great meals. Comfortable pation chairs and table allowed us to eat outside or huge dining room table in addition with fireplace and desk. Jessica was always quick to respond to inquiries and a good host.

We wanted a place that was close to the strip, but not on the strip, and someplace with easy access to main streets and freeways, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with the property owner was great, the place was super clean, and we had no issues. The beds were a bit harder than what we are used to, but having 4 queen beds in 4 separate bedrooms was awesome. There are a ton of extra pillows if you need them. It was great that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage also! We had a great stay.

My 2 girlfriends and I celebrated our milestone birthday in Vegas. We did not want to stay on the strip and were excited to find a home nearby all to ourselves. And, with each of us having our own room! The home is located across from a school, but since it was a weekend, it was quiet. My only "concern" was the neighborhood when we first drove up. The next door neighbor's home was all boarded up and made us feel a bit uneasy. We forgot about it the next day (hahaha). All in all, the home was very clean. You can tell a lot of love and thought was put into the remodel. I would consider staying here again. Jessica was also super responsive!

We had a great visit to Las Vegas and had a good stay at this rental. The host was communicative and responded in a timely manner to all messages. The location was fair - a lot of run down houses in the neighborhood but also a lot of updates happening in the vicinity. Felt totally safe, just not what we expected. The house worked out fine for us and was fairly updated. However there was quite a bit of dust accumulated in various places such as over the fridge, in the corners, and behind the dresser. The pillows also smelled strongly of floral odor spray or detergent, which was a little overpowering. I think the property overall is good if you are just needing a place to sleep. Location is far from the strip compared to other options, but the price was good!

The purpose of our visit was to go rock climbing, so our days were not spent at the house. The location was quite close and easy to get to Red Rock and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Each of us had our own bedroom, but three of us shared a bathroom because the other bathroom was in the master bedroom on the other side of the house. The house was nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, TP, soap, shampoo, etc. Extra towels and pillows were available. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We requested a large skillet and a few additional items which were dropped off at the house promptly. We then discovered a number of large skillets and pans stored inside the oven. The living room was comfortable for relaxing and watching TV in the evenings and there was plenty of space to put our packs and organize climbing gear. This house met our needs very well.

The owner was always quick to respond to messages and we checked in just fine. The only real problem with our stay was the smell of mold throughout the house. It was so musty that we had to leave, as it made us sick.

Property was centralized to everything. The house itself was a little cozier than what the pictures showed but it was still functional for what we needed it for. There were some things that were “lacking” at the house like a blender, some kitchen utensils, extra paper towels and toilet tissue. Good thing this was a staycation because I had to run home to bring in all that was lacking. Also one of my aunts is in a wheelchair but we didn’t have any issues with pushing her around the common areas and hallways. The dining room area was spacious but the heater didn’t work in there. All in all however I would still recommend staying here. The house was pleasant, the neighborhood is quiet, and the backyard is spacious. We all enjoyed ourselves while we were there.

It is a very comfortable , calm place for any group of families to enjoy a vacation! Jessica was quick in responding to any questions! This place was great for our family visit. The four bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, closets and dressers. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a large dining room for dinners. It's located in a quiet neighborhood across from a grade school. The host was very responsive.

House was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Anytime I had a question, Jessica responded almost immediately. We arrived in town early and were able to check in earlier than the stated time, which was an added bonus. Parking was a little tight at times as the neighbors had a lot of vehicles coming and going, however we made it work. It was a quick drive each day to our convention on the Strip. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Vegas.
