These two neighboring condos at Jay Peak Resort will provide you with double the living space and all the convenience you could want in your next Vermont vacation. Each of these condos features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and comfortable sleeping accommodations to enjoy after action-packed days - all in a wonderful location within easy walking distance of the ski lifts and the Pump House Indoor Waterpark.

These two condos are located within Jay Peak Resort, which is a hub of outdoor activity all year round. In the winter months, you can walk less than a quarter-mile to the Metro Quad Lift to access the resort's 81 trails and 385 skiable acres. The famed Pump House Indoor Waterpark is just around the corner as well, where you'll have your choice of water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, hot tubs, and a kids' play area (please note that additional fees apply). Spend the summer attending local festivals and golfing at the resort course a quarter-mile away, and the colorful fall taking scenic drives to admire the majestic fall foliage.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
