Cozy home with awesome backyard, pool is not heated and spa is not working, covered patio, and BBQ grill. Gorgeous kitchen, 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. 4K 55" Smart TV's with ROKU and cable in living room. 2nd TV (Samsung 55") in master bedroom. 7.8 miles to the Mandalay Bay Casino (12 min drive) and 10.2 miles to Caesars Palace (19 min drive). Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Come on in, relax and enjoy your time by the pool in quiet and secluded neighborhood.

The space
Master bedroom with king size bed has on suite with a shower. Another bedroom has one queen bed. The last bedroom has one queen size and two double and beds. There is one common bathroom with a tub.

House is fine, very well stocked - tons of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, appliances. Location is ok. Spa doesn't work which we knew about ahead of time, but is still a disappointment. Know that the cleaning crew uses products with a definite scent .. if you're sensitive to smells, it's annoying. Lots of towels and bath products. The beds are memory foam mattresses ... would love to know that ahead of time. My bad for not asking. Sign of the times of course, but more than $400/night for an average home in an ok neighborhood is a lot. On a positive note, the only requirement for leaving is to empty the trash and wash the dishes which is nice.

We were so impressed with the property and host during a last minute trip for the Superbowl 2024. Go Niners! A very comfortable stay for all of us. So long as you're honest and communicate clearly, Malik will reply quickly to address any concerns. Also, what wasnt 100% clear on listing is that we honestly thought we would get 1.5 baths. Meaning, one without a shower. Both have full shower capabilities. Just in case that's confusing to anybody else. Otherwise, neighborhood is great. I know that can feel sketchy in Vegas sometimes. But not here. Very comfortable. Lots of instructions and recommendations. Very clean. You wont be disappointed for price.

My wife, two adult children and mother flew to Las Vegas for my niece's wedding. The weekend was magical. Milan's property was perfect for our visit. the property was close to the wedding venue and everything we could possibly need. The whole experience was great: communications, access, cleanliness, nice neighborhood, close to other needed businesses (Trader Joe's, banks, restaurants (highly recommend Medina's Mediterranean Lounge), etc.), There were five in our group and the home had PLENTY of space. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the patio by the pool. We would DEFINITELY book this property again if needed. Thanks Milan!!

House was very clean and worked well for us. Owners were responsive when we had a issue getting into house due to locking door from inside when leaving and battery issue with the key pad. All was good.

Very clean house. Nice layout. Has plenty of space. The neighborhood is an older one, but it is quiet. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook with. There was a variety of shampoos and soaps in both bathrooms. Have to pull the handle out for the shower in the master bath. Had pantry stocked and some foods from previous guests which is nice, but you have to check them before you cook them. Overall, very happy with the communication from owner and the house.

Property looked like it was professionally cleaned. Even the couches looked like they were steam cleaned and the floors were sparkling. They had everything and more such as laundry detergent, facial wipes, extra line in closet and beach towels for pool. Kitchen had tons of pantry items, freezer had new box of ice cream. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. I’m coming back here next time!

Great place.....but.....

This place was absolutely perfect. We came in from Florida for our granddaughters graduation so we had family in and out. H A conglomeration of "left behinds" in all areas of the home which did make things easier but then you have to be careful what you use. We did have a couple of mishaps where our granddaughter took home a blanket, which we promptly returned upon next renters departure. And a travel blanket that my daughter took with her, thinking it was the one I left for her. Again, promptly priority mailed it back, along with little tiny 1 oz empty honey jars that were considered decorations (cracked an expensive bottle of shampoo so I used them) However, it seems the pkg was taken out of the mailbox and, while I paid for insurance on the pkg, I couldn't file a claim because receipts weren't provided for the blanket and jars. Again, the home was great and everything we needed. Just be aware of what you use, even if it was a left behind item.

This was our first time using VRBO. It was so easy and secure. Everything was clean and ready for us. Lots of spices and coffee to enhance our dinners and brighten our mornings. Every question we had was quickly answered. We can't think of enough to say about how welcome we felt. We'll definitely be back.

This house was just as the photos and VRBO described. It was user friendly and very organized. We enjoyed a fun bbq dinner out by the pool and morning coffees. Lots of restaurants nearby Neighborhood was very quiet. Host was in quick contact oh everything.

Left leaving this home with only one complaint, and that being towards all the negative reviews that were shared under this home, none of them made send and the owner proves that through out the entire stay. Milan was very kind and responded quickly each time I had a question which is so helpful. House was in a great neighborhood. We had a basketball tournament and he allowed us an early check in and check out time. Will definitely be saving to stay here again in the future! Thank you Milan

We rented this place bc it said it was 10 minutes from North Las Vegas. It was more like 30 minutes. We arrived early and I messaged the property manager asking to check in early and didn’t get a response for an hour and a half. The house was HOT when we arrived. The thermometer was set at 77 but felt more like 80. It was stuffy. Definitely not refreshing after coming in from the 100 degrees outside. We turned all the fans on and turned the thermomstat down to 69. A little while later I was still hot and went to check the thermostat. It was set at 72 and assumed my husband had done this. I turned it back down to 69. Later that evening I was getting ready for bed and checked my phone and seen two messages from the property manager asking me not to turn the thermostat below 72! These messages were from around the time I was adjusting the thermostat! I went to check the thermostat again and it was set at 72! I asked my husband and he hadn’t adjusted the thermostat. This guy was monitoring the temperature remotely somehow. It was creepy. I had to take the standing fan from one of the guests bedroom to use in the master bedroom. I’m pregnant and 72 degrees isn’t comfortable to me. But we left it there anyway. Their was black hair on the bedspread of the master and in the master bathroom. The dishwasher soap dispenser lid doesn’t flip open and their was old dish soap packets in there. I had to just throw them in the dishwasher. After walking on the hardwood floors barefoot, my feet were black. The house definitely isn’t cleaned the way it’s advertised, especially for covid. The last day as we were cleaning and loading the cars it was getting HOT. I looked at the thermometer and guess what?? It was set at 77! OMG!! I turned it down to the allowed 72 and hurried to leave. I would not rent this house again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone. He is not customer service oriented. Next time we might return to using a hotel.
