Nice safe quiet area with no street lights. Small with no ability to cook. No coffee provided, just coffee maker. Nice Soaking tub and shower area. Dog friendly.

This place was absolutely a great place for a quick getaway. It's so close to so many things to do it was hard to decide where to start. The casita was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We loved the outdoor area and the shower and bath were amazing! It was a very comfortable place to be and create so many happy memories. It was absolutely the perfect first getaway.

Nice property. Private and relaxing.

This studio was well situated, on the edges of Ivins and St George. We were able to quickly get to all the hikes we had planned in the area. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was not immediately apparent to us, though, that the studio does adjoin the owners’ home. This was not an issue, as we had our own private entrance, but you may occasionally hear some noise through the walls. The studio itself was very well equipped and a pleasure to return to after each day.

Loved the place for a short stay because of no kitchen or large fridge.
The bed was unbelievable Comfortable and we travel very often for work.
Love the little outdoor area and table inside to eat at.
Bathroom was very spacious and shower was great!
Great closet Space!
And pretty safe area to walk around.
Just wish we could have had a glass of wine at country club but it was private.
When we checked in space was very dusty but just assuming no one had stayed there in a while.
Not dirty at all just dusty.
Unfortunately because this isn’t ran by independent owners and ran by a management company it’s not very personal when asking for accommodations.
We were there on a work trip and needed a check out after 10pm and they said because I didn’t expect it when it was sent to my email there was nothing they could do for me. And I did confirm they didn’t have another guest coming in because I asked about extending stay. They were going to charge me the same rate they did for the weekend on a Sunday to Monday so we opened out and went to a hotel downtown St George.
I would highly recommend if the price is right when you book, it’s not worth as much as the nicest hotel downtown by Marriott but would stay again if they dropped price some.

The quietness and the well thought through design of the Casita. I’d live there if they would let me. The Fire TV was a little difficult to figure out.

Beautiful small rental, perfect for a weekend away. We loved that it was pet friendly, quiet, clean, and had a super comfortable bed.

The info about the gate code was confusing. It listed emergency codes which did not work.

This property is conveniently located to local hikes and only an hour from Zion. My dog and I felt at home here, it was very cozy and safe. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge! Even though the home next door is under construction, it was still very quiet. I would definitely recommend this property and I hope to stay here again.

While there were many good views possible, this unit only had views of the street and an ongoing construction site next door.
I was there for 5 weeks and never had housekeeping services or materials to do it myself, although I asked was told by the resort restaurant that as a renter, I did to have access to the restaurant that was in walking distance to my unit. There was no remote provided to operate the garage door; I purchased one and programmed it for my use.
I have a vacation home I am considering listing with a management service but based on my experience I would never consider Vrbol

Decent place for a short stay
Overall nice place and great for just my husband and I. For some reason the codes that we were given for the gate didn't work. The only code that worked was the one that was noted to use only as an emergency, so we used that code to enter the community gate.
For the most part the in-law suite was mostly clean. Upon arrival, there was a big ball of hair on the bathroom floor, some soap scum on the shower shelf, dust on the window sill behind the tub, freezer in min fridge was somewhat dirty, bathmats and bedroom comforter with some small stains.
Couldn't turn the air any lower than 72 degrees and when we left for the day we came back to the place with the air turned completely off. To help cool down the place, we turned on the ceiling fan at night which ended up making a terrible noise so we had to turn off in order to sleep.
Other than those few things, the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was large and spacious along with a walk-in closet. Kitchenette would have probably been great if we used it, but we were only there for two nights and spent most of our time out hiking and grabbing a bite to eat out.

This location is a great size, has everything you need for a short or longer stay, and is in a great spot with close proximity to the national and state parks as well as downtown St. George. I hope I get to stay again!

A Perfect Stay
The casita was a perfect spot for a short stay while exploring the St. George area. It was comfortable, quiet, and had everything you might need. Its location in a beautiful gated community is an added bonus for security, and it is just minutes from the entrance to Snow Canyon State Park. The place was immaculately clean, and the furnishings have been so tastefully chosen by the owners. Absolutely loved that super comfortable bed! It was a wonderful stay and I hope to be able to return one day.

A True Vacation Stay!
Nice modern touches, clean, relaxing stay with the most comfortable bed. My husband and I slept peacefully during our entire visit! The fireplace was nice to have in the evenings and cool mornings. The patio was enjoyable and we appreciated having a garage. The neighborhood is quite. We took a few walks. There's a great public ball park nearby to picnic and walk the dogs. We would stay here again and again! Thank you!

Clearing Mind
One of the things that drew me to this property was the view and the bathtub. Hot water my entire trip was like warm, which was a total bummer. Would have given 5 stars if not for the temperature of the water.

Great little getaway!
This is a great little place for one or two people. I enjoyed the outdoor table and chairs in the sunshine and the beautiful view. Great location for hiking and biking! Would definitely stay here again.

Although this place was a little small (basically a studio: one big room with a kitchenette and attached bathroom, walk-in closet, and shower/tub area), it was perfect for a couple on vacation. The view was lovely, and we really enjoyed waking up every morning to see the sunrise over the mountains. The gas fireplace was an unexpectedly nice surprise-- I guess I did not remember seeing that in the pictures. Also, the place was spotlessly clean and modern. Very comfortable.
One small downside: this place is located in a gated community, and coming and going with all the codes needed was a little bit of a hassle. Arriving at night was a little confusing because of the gate, but also because the map app on my phone just completely gave up on finding the apartment. The instructions from the owners were not helpful because we accidentally came at the rental from a different side street, having missed a turn in the dark. Sending GPS coordinates along with the check-in instructions would be an easy way to rectify this.
That said, this neighborhood is literally across the street from Snow Canyon trailheads (e.g., the Kestrel Trail), and a multi-use trail even starts around the corner from the rental. If you're headed into the park, then there's no need to go through the security gate at the entrance. We did that a lot.
Overall it was great, though--would definitely rent this place again.
P.S. Word to the wise: do not pick up prickly pears ;) They don't have those where I come from.

The View!
We stayed at the Entrada Casita twice on our 3 week vacation between Colorado and California. We were able to bring our dog, which is amazing! The casita is very modern and beautiful. It is a studio, and although there is a small refrigerator/toaster oven/microwave, there is not a lot of space to fix meals. As long as you know this going in, it would be no problem. There are many restaurants in the St. George area to choose from. There is a small courtyard in front, which was perfect for soaking up the view. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Locatuon
Great location. Beautiful casita. Sadly, spend the first hour cleaning the floors (particularly the rug which was full of hair and dirt). Otherwise, couldn’t ask for better.

Comfy, Clean and Cool
We visited in early August with daily temps well over 100 degrees and the unit was very cool. Having garage access was very helpful! WiFi was excellent, allowing both of us to conduct video calls for work.
Checking in at the scurity gate was a bit of a surprise and there was no mention of this in the check-in instructions. It was somewhat confusing.
Additionally, there is no way to leave the gated community on foot (or bike) so going for runs/rides from the property weren't possible. We had to drive out of the gates and find parking near trails in order to run outside the gates.
