As you enter this beachside condo you will find a roomy open floor plan with tile floors throughout. The living room features a flat-screen Smart TV, Stereo/CD player, twin sofa sleeper, and cozy sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside meal and features stainless steel appliances. The dining, just off the kitchen, features seating for 4.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach.
This wonderful Sea Woods condo has been recently updated and features cable TV, WiFi, and a full-size washer/dryer.
Please Note: This is a 2nd-floor unit and there is not an elevator.
Walk to the shopping center for groceries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a gift shop! The Sea Woods Community offers some of the best amenities on beachside which include:

Located in New Smyrna Beach, Sea Woods is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Located directly across the street from the beach, Sea Woods is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, hair & nail salon, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.
The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach.
