The location of the lake house is great as it is nearby the Norfork Marina. There is plenty of space for parking cars and a boat. Lots of privacy and everything we needed was provided. Check-in was easy and the host was very friendly.

Perfect getaway for activities on Norfolk Lake. The property location is excellent with parking to accommodate my truck, boat and trailer. Very near restaurants, marina and boat launch. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again.

Danny was fabulous. We had to cancel last Thanksgiving due to getting covid. He let us reschedule for Easter. I had to last minute add an additional day earlier and add an additional day to extend. We found out my mom has small cell lung cancer. She is not doing well at all. Ended up admitting her to the hospital. The place was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. The view is great. Location is great. We just didn't get to enjoy the area. We were at the hospital for most the stay. Danny was responsive and very kind.

We were in Henderson for a bass tournament- had plenty of room to park 4 trucks and 2 21 foot boats! Extremely quiet. Danny was there as soon as we got there to answer any questions we had!

Close to lake and town! Quiet and serene … Dogs and their people loved it!

We did not stay our entire scheduled visit. There was an issue with the house that was unknown to the owner. He was very quick to respond, however, when we made him aware of the problem. We left after two nights and were satisfied with the owner’s settlement.

This is a great property! It is very close to the loading ramp for Norfolk Lake. The house is spacious and very clean! It has everything you need! We had a wonderful time!

Great location and great experience. Me, my wife and two grown kids stayed a week. Brought my boat and rented a boat slip from Norfork marina . Marina is 2 minutes away. Danny was great to deal with, even brought some homegrown tomatoes by. We will definitely stay here again.

Our gps took us to a different location.. Danny was super helpful in staying in touch and guiding us to the cabin! Cabin was clean and had a wonderful outdoor deck and fireplace! We loved the flowers outside! Beautiful place! We will be back

This cabin's location is ideal. We were close enough to all the areas of interest for us. The cabin is a bit older and could use some updates, especially in the bathrooms but we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to get a away for the weekend and take in the scenery of the Ozarks. The cabin offered everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We hiked David's Trail at Robinson Point, which is right down the road. It was a good hike with nice views of the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Danny was an excellent host. We would return anytime. The location to the lake was perfect!

We had a great stay for a weekend getaway. Rental was older and a bit dated but clean and everything worked fine (a/c, dishwasher, etc). Dishes, linens, towels etc all in good condition. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit out back.

Quiet scenic area. Beautiful view off the deck with trees and animals. Can see the edge of the lake through the trees. Wonderful deck for relaxing and socializing. All around good experience.

The property is outdated,. However, the beds were, clean and it was close to the marina. It served our purpose well.

This property is an older cabin with character. It isn't perfect, but it was lovely and the deck is worth it all! Late afternoon with some wine and food on the grill was my favorite part of the day. We could hear the highway when outside, but the cabin was very sound-proof. The owner is great to work with. I asked about a DVD player before we arrived. There wasn't one. But Danny installed one, and we caught up on 3 movies while we were relaxing. I appreciate a cabin with kleenix, paper towels, and toliet paper (plus sanitizer). I was very frustrated last year that I had to immediately go find paper towels and kleenix one time...I expect basic paper products. This place exceeded expectations. (and Coffee! although I brought our own) The cabin is dog friendly. My guys loved the place. The steps to the backyard were a bit steep so my old guy (14) struggled coming back up. (I will always have great memories of his sweet face and big white ruff looking over a step waiting for my help.) I think in the fall/winter the view from the deck would include the lake...too many leaves in August. And according to our Lake Norfolk fishing guide, the location on HW 62 is perfect Oct-June for fishing. We had to drive down closer to the dam to start our fishing trip in August. Easy drive to the White River for Trout Fishing. I'm already anticipating another fishing trip!

Communication with Danny was good as he’s friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and courteous. As we were traveling Danny called with the bad news the plumbing was inoperable, staying there wasn’t possible. But he didn’t leave us hanging. He helped us find alternate lodging, ready to open his spare bedroom if need be. The place he suggested had an opening which we took. Danny took it a step further, not only reimbursing us but wanting to pay for our stay at the alternate resort! During our stay in Mountain Home we paid a visit to Danny & toured his rental. I can tell you when we come back to this area Danny will be our first call. His place is restful comfortable & in a good location. The customer service he extended us in this unfortunate situation is not commonly seen nowadays. If he goes to that extent with people not staying there, imagine the care he’ll give his renters. You’ll be in good hands.

Property is exactly as depicted in pictures. It is a great spot close to the lake and provides a comfortable setting for family/friends. Danny (the host) is absolutely amazing, super friendly and spot on with communications. Highly recommend this property!
