Had a group of 5 friends who stayed for a college football weekend. Had a great time. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Beds/baths all clean and in great shape.

The check in was so easy. All done over the phone. Nice text from host. Put the code in walk in the door and go to sleep. This was so helpful after a long drive. Check out was just as easy. Take your trash out and lock the doors behind you. I loved it. No stress about doing something wrong. thanks for being so simple.

This is an adorable clean cottage with good amenities. Located near Suncrest shopping center that has all kinds of shops and eateries plus a large grocery store. The only negatives (but not enough to change my rating) the roads to get to house are like back alleys that are wide enough for one car. Plus there is very little lawn for outside activities, but two great porches.

We felt completely at home and wanted for nothing during our stay last weekend. We plan to book again for my daughter’s graduation next year. We loved and appreciated the Christmas decorations especially!

Property looks brand new. Well appointed. The mattress in the master bedroom not comfortable. Otherwise a great place.

We stayed with my sister and her family to watch the Mountaineers and tailgate with our two sons currently enrolled at WVU. We were able to have them and their friends over for a fire pit Friday night before and really enjoyed having the large outdoor area. The home was very well appointed with local art and boho lighting and updated bathrooms & kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our 4 adults and teen. Communication was top notch providing us tips to get to the game along with ordering fire pit sticks for our smores! Highly recommend staying at Enchanting Family Home!

A real gem, but on a steep road
I almost didn't believe my GPS as it took me up a steep asphalt and gravel road and then around a hairpin turn. Once I found the house, all doubts vanished. This is an older house, but completely and very thoughtfully modernized. For example, it would be easy to bang your head on the dryer door while liading the washer below it, but for a perfectly licated magnetic catch on a towell hook that holds the dryer door open and out of the way. All the appliances work. And once you've figured out how to get to it, the hiuse is very conveniently located.

Beautiful interior and serene
We are three friends who get together once a year to eat, play games, and talk. We loved the interior of this house! It was so beautiful and serene. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the items we needed. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were steep, but the main floor bedroom worked for the one with knee problems. We were very comfortable and happy with this house!

Hill top cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little hill top cottage. It was near shopping & campus, but not walkable. It was nicely furnished with a large backyard, in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is open and spacious with a nice deck off the back. We will look into returning, on our next visit to the area.

Charming and cozy
We were in town as my Dad passed and had arranged a family service in his hometown. I wanted a home for two of my grown children and me to stay. All was clean and inviting. The owners left fresh flowers and a sympathy card. In addition, my daughter left something and they sent back to us. Will definitely book again when we visit next!

A Pleasant Stay
Although the city's street maintenance is atrocious - large potholes on roads leading to house and the initial outside appearance of the house - overgrown shrub and dark porch (not like the pix at all) was daunting, we were pleasantly surprised once inside. The house was clean and tidy with an eat-in kitchen opening onto very nice sun porch . Little welcome items were thoughtfully provided - some snacks, masks, shampoo, map, etc. along with the normal kitchen and bath stocking. Towels and bed linens provided. Heating was good and welcome since there was an April snow shower. The only thing we would have wanted is an 11:00am, rather than 10:00am check out, so we could linger over the morning coffee on the porch just a bit longer.

Best choice ever!
Instead of staying at a hotel we chose to rent a house. What a great choice and this gem especially. The house was spotless with plenty of room. Very cozy and close to everything. It is furnished beautifully. We will definitely stay here again

An authentic Morgantown experience. Yes
Perfect older, typical Morgantown cottage to take us back to our college days. Snacks, toiletries, and Keurig all added a special touch, and the live plants inside and out made us feel at home. A twenty foot walk to the top of the hill gave us the opportunity to stumble upon four large white tale deer we could have touched, had we not startled them. All in all, the best trip you can expect when choosing Morgantown as a destination.

Had what we needed
This was a quaint house in a quiet neighborhood in Morgantown. It had a great kitchen and den area with 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It looked like there was a lot of history and additions in this house. Overall, it met our needs and was located where we wanted to be. Thanks for a great long weeeknd.
