The home is located just over a mile from Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park , as well as close to shopping/dining at wonderful Mercato, The Ritz Carlton, La Playa resort, and more.
This home is beautifully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen, Weber Gas Grill, and all of the furnishings for your vacation needs including all bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler, bikes.
We also provide a pass to Florida State Parks at no additional cost, this provides free entry and parking into Award Winning Delnor Wiggins Beach.
Beaches are within 1.5 - 2 miles, an easy bike ride or a nice stroll.

We loved the house which was clean, updated and had a wonderful heated pool in the backyard. Great location…close to Vanderbilt beach and lots of restaurants. We loved the 5 min walk to Dunkin Donuts in the morning. Was great for three generations of our family that came to visit. We’d love to return!

Property owner VERY receptive and great communicator. Pool area is fantastic and private, plenty of seating. Clean, stocked well (could use a few more wine glasses:), plenty of towels, nice to have 2 king beds, plenty of closet room, regular coffee pot, all appliances worked well, (dryer takes a while)...can walk to Dunkin Donuts and nice restaurant called Two Fillets, plenty of bikes and beach chairs...way to far to walk to beach (1mile as the crow flies, but almost 2 mile walk), but very short drive...and easy parking at parking garage at Vanderbilt Beach (state beach still closed). Would stay again. Thanks!

The house was clean when we arrived, although later in the week we did find a dog toy and ball from a previous customer when I used a swiffer mop to get MY dog's ball out from under the couch! We were very close to local beaches, not far from Naples (15-20 minutes) where we enjoyed the Tin City shops and sightseeing excursions. Also went to a dog park in Bonita Springs, about a 20 minute drive north. My sisters and I enjoyed sleeping at the house, as the beds were very comfortable! The closets had hangers and organizers with shelving, too! The kitchen is huge with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The sitting area has a small sectional. (I missed a recliner...can't have everything! LOL). The TVs use internet apps--so if you are not on the streaming bandwagon, call Patrick! The pool was beautiful, water temp warmed up so that it was comfortable going in. The water is not deep, ranging from 2 feet to 6 feet. The yard in back outside of the lanai is no longer green grass, thanks to Hurricane Ian. There are stepping stones to the shed and mulch on the ground. Admittedly not as pretty as the pictures show, but good enough for the dogs to have a place to sniff and roam and do their business. The whole pool area gets shade most of the day due to large palms and plants, and possibly the angle of the sun in January. In my opinion, this made it more pleasant to sit outside on the very comfortable lounge chairs. We had a great two weeks that went too fast!!

Property was very clean and spacious. Everything was higher end from appliances and countertops to bed and bedding quality, slept great! The owner was very accommodating, I had just notified him that one of the beach chairs was broken and he offered to go replace it the same day. He was available for recommendations the entire stay. He also was flexible when we had to change dates last minute due to airline cancellations. It is very close to beach and many restaurants!

The house and pool are lovely. There is a lot of beach equipment and towels and the beaches are only 5 mins drive away. Good local places to eat and Naples not far away. Everglades about 1 hour away so can easily do boat trip and/or airboat tour as a day trip. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Checkout on site said 10:00 , book on counter with everything you need to know about the property said11:00. Went to dinner came back and the book was changed to11:00am?! Got us thinking did someone hear us talking? Cameras? Loved the property everything was excellent just a little weird? Great pool, property manager awesome everything really was great. We needed extra time to check out but was not given to us because someone else was coming in. Said it takes six hours to clean? We left it immaculate not sure how it could take that long it was a small place but very nice.

Enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The owner was incredibly responsive! We had a slight issue with the coffee maker and within hours he delivered a brand new and upgraded coffee maker, with coffee. Patrick was very good!!!! The house was incredibly clean! Probably the cleanest VRBO I've every stayed in. House was equipped with everything you need and the location was excellent. I ran to Vanderbilt beach daily! It was a little far to walk with kid, but super close by car! I would highly recommend this home. Great for families with kids The bed were very comfy!!!

Naples retreat
The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. My favorite part was the pool area. If it was chilly at the beach, it was nice and warm at the pool because there are trees all around the enclosure blocking the wind. It also made the pool area very private.

This property is a very cozy place to spend a few days off or vacations. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and within walking distance of places of spacing and services. Hygiene inside the house, comfort, kitchenware and appliances, all in excellent condition. The owner was always aware of how we were feeling and if we needed anything.

A great location for a Florida getaway
Had a blast! Great location to visit several different beaches. Perhaps the best beach was just 2 miles down the road at Vanderbilt beach. We rode the bikes provided down to watch the sunset each night - which made a great nightcap for the day. Met or exceeded our expectations. A great place for my entire family.

Home away from home!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The house was clean and well taken care of. We had an amazing time in the pool and our kids loved the beaches that were super close to the house. We have stayed in Naples before but this so far was our favorite place to stay and we would absolutely stay again! The hosts are so very nice and helpful. Checked in on us regularly and made sure that we had everything that we needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Great rental with 2 kings/2 twins to sleep 6 adults. 4 dining patio doors open all the way to provide great indoor/outdoor space. State park pass was convenient to have for our stay. Excellent house!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, modern and well-stocked... and the pool and pool area was awesome! It was a perfect space for 2 couples. It was also close to Highway 41 and easily accessible to downtown and the beach. Patrick was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here on our next trip to Naples!

Great little place in Naples!
I don't want to be overly effusive, but ... our stay at Patrick's place was out of this world. From the communication and care from Patrick (who, by the way, provided great restaurant recommendations) to the quality of the cutlery and cookware to the simple, but elegant layout of the home itself, we were beyond pleased. The home is just an 8 minute drive from the Vanderbilt Beach, minutes away from great grocery stores, a hop skip and a jump from some great Naples restaurants. If we come back to Naples (which we probably will), Patrick's place will be the first place we look up! Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing stay in Naples! The weather didn’t cooperate as we had hoped (a chance we took knowing this was possible) but we still got walks on the beach and enjoyed some local restaurants! We rented this property mostly for the outdoor space but the home was more beautiful than we expected! We were greeted with a special gift for our anniversary which was such a nice surprise. Fantastic Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional beach house. It was newly and tastefully renovated. A highlight was the chefs kitchen which has plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining. The home has an excellent large pool, which is enclosed in an linai that includes an outdoor dining table and plenty of outdoor seating. The home was fully stocked with pool floats and toys as well as board games. It has a great location very close to Vanderbilt and Wiggins beach. It is also very easy to get downtown to Fifth avenue and nearby Mercado where there are great dining and shopping choices. It is very close to Whole foods, Publix, Trader Joes and Walmart. We loved the BBQ Grill.
The owner Patrick was super responsive and went above to beyond to ensure we had a great visit.
We would highly recommend this home to future guests.

COVID escape
This beach side bungalow was the perfect escape from the Covid-19 madness, I wish we would have thought about doing this trip earlier. I had a question 11pm and management responded super quick. I absolutely loved the house, would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, wonderful owner
This house is in an amazing location close to everything you would need or want. The pass to the private beach is a wonderful bonus and the beach was almost empty during week days (we loved location #3). We would not recommend going on a weekend if you have a choice, as it was quite packed. Pool is partially shaded, which was perfect on those days when you get burnt, and has lots of privacy. Hether is the best owner we have ever encountered and we have rented many houses- quick to respond, awesome customer service. The layout of the house is fabulous and has tons of seating so everyone can hang out while meals are being prepared. We enjoyed our stay!

The home was lovely and in a great location. Presented as described. Communication with mgmt/owners was timely. A nice surprise was having some of the normal pantry items on hand, so we didnt have to purchase and travel with large quantities of sundry items (needing a dash of salt or a teaspoon of oil for cooking) Nice bonus! Close to beach. I would recommnend getting a timer for the outside porch light, as we arrived after dark and fumbled a bit getting in the home. Aside from that, great stay.

The house is in a great location...close to everything. We really enjoyed the pool after playing golf. The beach is nearby and we spent some time enjoying the sand. Overall, it is a great house and has everything you need with plenty of room. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
