I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated. It's not a place to spend a week hanging out all day in the unit but it is a great base to get into New Smyrna Beach. If my description fits what you are looking for (as it did our group), you won't do better than renting this property. (NOTE: It is on the non-driving part of the beach.)

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Very easy access to a non-crowded beach for our little family. There was plenty of parking. The house was superbly clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was a Dollar General Market very close by to stock up with drinks and snacks. I loved that it had a washer and dryer to get a head-start on vacation laundry. I can’t think of a single negative thing about our experience here.

We rented Point East for our family’s spring break and we are so glad we made the choice to stay here. This place is convenient to everything and not just the beach. We were in walking distance to the great food spots nearby and enjoyed the Florida Sunshine. Coleman was quick to respond to any request we had and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Property was true to listing...owners were great with communication. Rental offers beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, sand toys and lots of extras which normally don't come with rental making packing easier! Our friends stayed in the lower apartment, making the rental perfect for two families. Also, super easy beach access. With kids, able to go back and forth to the beach easily.

My wife and I had never been to new Smyrna beach but we loved it. The cute shops and local restaurants were awesome. It’s a quiet place but we still found plenty to do. And we loved the house, super clean and just steps to the beach. Also just a short walk to a beach bar that was amazing. The owners were also super friendly and quick to respond to any of my messages.

Property is clean, classy, and top notch. As a vacationer to NSB my entire life, my next trip will be based around availability of this property. As a first time user of VRBO, I was admittedly a bit skeptical. This experience has made me a believer. We stayed here for my moms birthday and absolutely loved it! The place looked just like the pictures - if not better in person and was super clean when we get there! Super close access to the beach and plenty of things to do and places to eat near the property. Coleman and Emily were very responsive if we had any questions and the check in process was super easy. Great place to stay for a family vacation or with friends. We would definitely want to go back and stay again in the future!

This place was perfect! The location was great, a short walk to the beach and very accessible to places to eat and things to do! It had everything we needed and was so cozy and clean! The shower was great with amazing water pressure. Coleman and Emily supplied everything we needed and then some! Our most favorite of all was the beds and the linens! We slept so good. I slept better here than in my own bed! The sheets were soft and blankets just right! And the pillows!! Oh my!! I would highly recommend and hope to be back again!

We loved our stay at the Atlantic House. The property is just as described in the listing and conveniently located just steps from the non-driving beach. The house was well-equipped with cooking essentials, soaps, and beach towels. We had a family of 5, including an infant and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed eating on the deck which felt very private due to the mature trees surrounding it. The beds in rental properties are always a gamble but all 3 beds here were super comfy! Great communication with the owners and very simple checkin process. We will definitely return to the Atlantic House!

This place was a great stay. Wonderful communication with the hosts who also made us feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to the beach and beach bars. The part of the beach you’re on prohibits vehicle access so would definitely be a safer area if you are traveling with kids. Place was very clean. We will be back soon.

We had a great few days stay at Point East, just what our family needed. The property was clean and accommodating and suited our group of six perfectly. Provided beach chairs, towels, sand toys etc. Within walking distance of the beautiful beach and close to many great restaurants and shopping. The property owners were very helpful and kind, messaged us back with any questions and provided great recommendations. We would definitely return to this location! We traveled with two babies and we had ample room to set up their pack n' play's comfortably. We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation and would 10/10 recommend! The home was charming. The only negative I can say is there was no access to the beach on the street. We had to walk all the way around with all of our beach stuff to get access. The description says steps to the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the porch was super cute.

A fabulous place to stay!! We were delighted to find such a newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and cozy house with comfy couches to add to the experience. The décor was a definite A++! It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. The Atlantic house has everything you would need, from toiletries to utensils, beach towels, and extra blankets. The 3 beds were wonderfully comfortable with lush linens. The kitchen has all the items you would need to cook your meals and very clean and well presented. The grill, beach chairs and the patio furniture on the balcony is a great place to gather privately due to the native landscape and lighting. Being a minute walk, if that… to reach the ocean/beach for the amazing sunrises was breathtaking beautiful. We recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure, we will stay again! And again! The hosts were helpful and quick to respond with all communication. Checking in was hassle free, easy and BOTH hosts were polite and accommodating. Overall, we were happy to stay at the Atlantic House! We will be a repeat customer. Thanks, Atlantic House, the start of the New Year for us was AWESOME! MLEE
