La ubicación

La gestión del alojamiento en cuanto a cobrar por cambio de toallas (cuando habíamos alquilado el apartamento por una semana) 30€ por juego de toallas es una pasada. El lavavajillas no tenía sal y tampoco se encargaron de reponer, si ya tienes que comprar todo para poder estar una semana, qué menos que tener los electrodomésticos a punto para ser usados.

Parfait pour un long séjour.

Superbe vue, très bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pieds de Camara de Lobos (par chemin piéton), à 3 minutes en voiture du supermarché. Parking facile dans la rue. Appartement grand, propre et bien équipé. La piscine et la terrace sont un plus.

Pas de torchon, transats cassés, pas d'échelle à la piscine.

Basen i widoki na plus, czystość na minus

Widok był naprawdę spoko Duża przestrzeń Samodzielne zakwaterowanie i wymeldowanie Dosyć dobry internet Parking nie był zapewniony, ale można parkować na ulicy pod domem

Niestety czystość na średnim poziomie. Posprzątane z grubsza, ale przydałoby się gruntowne czyszczenie. Fugi w łazience niedoczyszczone, okno w sypialni brudne z pajęczyną, część naczyń była bardzo zakamieniona, klamka drzwi do sypialni zepsuta, a do użytku dostaliśmy używaną gąbkę do naczyń. Ogólnie w każdym pomieszczeniu widać było ząb czasu i że mieszkanie było robione typowo pod wynajem. Okolica średnia, sama lokalizacja nam odpowiadała, ale dosłownie ulice niżej stacjonują bezdomni i pijaki, w nocy się wydzierają. Raz nawet widzieliśmy jak przejeżdżaliśmy, że sobie zapodawali coś w nosek, a jeden walczył ze swoim cieniem 🤣 W basenie woda była ok, chociaż wszystkie rurki które go podtrzymywały z zewnątrz były połamane przez rdzę. Jeżeli zależy Ci na basenie i widokach, to może być, bo cenowo z tymi rzeczami wypada dobrze. My osobiście z basenu skorzystaliśmy tylko raz, bo Madera ma w sobie za dużo rzeczy do zaoferowania, żeby siedzieć w mieszkaniu, a jak wracaliśmy to było za zimno. Największym plusem są widoki. Niestety czystość wypada słabo. Spędziliśmy tu połowę naszego wyjazdu i drugi (tańszy) nocleg okazał się duuużo lepszy.

Die untere Wohnung ist mehr Schein als Sein. Das Rollo war defekt, sodass man es nicht aufrollen konnte, um die Terassentür zu öffnen. Wir mussten uns auf einen wackeligen Stuhl stellen, um es aufzurollen. Danach hatten wir Angst, es wieder abzurollen, so dass der Thermoeffekt nicht gegeben war. Das Kingsize Bett war so laut, dass man sich weder traute sich umzudrehen, noch aufzustehen. Die Schubladen fielen auseinander, die dreckige Wäsche von den Vormieter war noch in den Schränken. Das Laminat kam überall hoch, war kaputt und die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Auch die Töpfe und das gesamte Geschirr in den Schränken war trotz vorhandener Geschirrspülmaschine sehr schmutzig. Der Pool war so voll mit Dreck, dass man sich nicht traute, ihn zu benutzen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief zu dem Zeitpunkt gar nicht. Ich schrieb eine E-Mail, keine Antwort. Nach einer Woche kam dann mal ein Hausmeister und reinigte den Pool, wobei er bei Verlassen der Wohnung weder die Wohnungstür abschloss noch die Terrassentür zu machte. Nach Beschwerde bei dem Vermieter über diese Tatsache und erneutem Hinweis auf die Mängel kam nur zur Antwort, dass man mit dem Hausmeister noch mal Rücksprache halten würde und sie sich dafür entschuldigen würden. Aber immer noch keine Antwort bezüglich der Mängel, was sich für den Rest des Urlaubs auch nicht änderte. Gar nicht zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour dans un grand logement offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer.

La vue exceptionnelle sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Le calme. La taille du logement. Un lit confortable.

L'absence de machine à café à dosette. Une machine à café avec un pot félé qui fuyait. L'absence de grill pain. Table et chaises sur la terrasse de piètre qualité

Cudowny pobyt - bardzo dobry apartament

Piękna okolica i sama miejscowość. Apartament położony 10 minut od centrum piechotką. Z tarasu z basem rozciąga się cudowny widok na ocean oraz na miejscowość Câmara de Lobos. Sam apartament doskonały, czysty, obszerny z wyposażoną dobrze kuchnią . Super !!!. Najważniejsze przy obiekcie także znajduje się bezpłatny parking. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Polecam

Bien mais pas très propre et quartier très mal fréquenté

Bien agencé avec une terrasse et parking à proximité

C’était sale, pour voir le tarif ménage facturé, le sol est très sale, des cheveux sur les meubles… Pas de savon pour la douche, pas d’éponge propre… Des petits détails mais si il fait racheter tout les petits détails et faire le ménage quand on arrive c’est pas terrible

Madeira “avventura alla riscoperta della natura”

Struttura molto spaziosa e moderna. Ottimo anche il parcheggio accanto alla struttura. Dotata inoltre dei pannelli solari, così da sostenere l’ambiente! :)

Purtroppo accanto alla casa ancora la zona deve essere completamente riqualificata e si trovano strutture dismesse (ma non è certo colpa del proprietario) è più una questione di armonia dell’ambiente circostante

awesome Ocean View and location

it was advertised that there was Air Conditioning and toiletries provided but not so. Very inconvenient as had to go to store after a long day travelling. Also, no toaster which to me should have been provided as it is an apartment.

Nicely laid out. Spacious modern apartment. Fantastic views over harbour and village. Private parking.

These really are minor issues but; There are lots of steps between the apartment and the village so be aware of your level of fitness/ability. Couldn't get the internet working (tried all passwords). You need to bring your own laundry detergent and dish washing soap.

Nice ocean view from the terrace. Large living room. Great place to stay.

More cups in the kitchen would have been nice. There were some mold in one of the bedrooms, but nothing serious, you can see that owners are fighting with it.

Excellent location with fabulous views. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Great shower. Highly recommended.

We didn't appreciate the owners coming inside during the day. When we were there and when we were out and about. The sat nav directions brought us to a different street.

Great place!

It was a really nice stay, great price, the place looked really good, basically there was everything that we needed, amazing view.

The only minus is that there could be a lock in the bathroom.

Lovely views - restless nights

The accommodation was very spacious, clean and modern, with lovely views any window you look out of.

The listing promises a communal pool area that is actually connected to one of the three appartments. We were told we were not allowed to use it, nor were we given a choice of appartments. The first night was decent - lots of noise from outside but that was managable. When the appartment below us was occupied starting the second day of our stay we could hear everything and everyone move around as if they were in our own living room - even after the local quiet hours. We were told many times by lots of different guides/taxi drivers not to go outside in our neighbourhood after dark for safety reasons, which is not conveyed in the listing either.

Overall great big space with somewhat equiped kitchen. There is a stunning view over banana plantages and ocean, we quite liked chilling on the patio as well. When we had a problem, owners very quickly responded and helped us out.

We had issues with a stray cat trying to get inside the building during night so we couldn't ventilate properly - beware :D!

All was perfect. From the start till the end. Communication with owner was very good and fast. Apartment was exactly the way was described. If somebody looks for place close to Funchal that's the place to pick. Restaurants, shops, beaches all in nearby village. Highly recommended!!

Nice apartment with private pool and wonderful view

Good communication with the owners prior to our arrival. They explained to us, in a well-detailed manner, where is located and how to access the apartment. Very nice, tidy and clean apartment. A spot on the parking nearby (at the beginning of the street) was always available. Wonderful view from the terrace. The swimming pool is a real plus. The washing machine and the dishwasher are pretty convenient. Big grocery shop (Continente) at 2 min drive.

There is nothing we did not like but things that would be a real plus to add are: an extra blanket in case someone would like to use the sofa-bed. Install/add on the terrace a sunshade.

the location was perfect and when we got inside the apartment was amazing. host is brilliant very friendly and only a call away had one little issue not even worth mentioning and the host came to the apartment within 5 mins and sorted it all out!

Nice and cozy stay with a beautiful view

Location was great, the city itself is very nice and cozy, very close to Funchal 👍 you can see ocean from your balcony (there is pool outside) and from one of the rooms too. Hosts are extremely friendly, they met us and showed around. Apartment itself is spacious and nice. It was desinfected right before we came.

There were no extra amenities, eg., shower gel, salt, washing machine tablets, so you have to go to the shop straight away if you need something.

good property for staying with family - friends

The place is a good and comfortable, very nice view. The landlord meet us and explain everything how is working and where it is located, he was friendly and smiling. Check-out was easy - we just drop keys in the safe key box. neighbors were quiet.

The flour wasn't too clean, all our socks were dirty after a few minutes of walking on this property. There was no shower gel or shampoo. in the kitchen wasn't salt and pepper, no baking paper no oil; no tea, coffee, and sugar. There are a lot of drawers but they are all empty.
