Welcome to the Corner Cottage! The house is all yours, right in the heart of Mammoth Spring, AR. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a short car ride to Spring River. Self check in with a door code, so you can just walk in, drop your bags and make yourself at home. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. All the amenities of home with a furnished kitchen and washer & dryer. Comfortable place to rest after a fun day on the river.

Couldn't stay in the property it was double booked! You helped me get into other property! The reviews for other property are good. Issues were one bathroom for eight people. Kitchen sink backup. But it was ok, we made it work. Thank you, the Millers

We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Great location, communication from owners, and clean, comfortable house. Appreciated the kid games and amenities provided. It would be helpful for the back bedroom to have a ceiling or portable fan as it got warm at night. Overall we had an excellent visit and would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures are not what the property is really like. We had just gotten married and used this property for a few nights stay. Outdoor light bulbs burnt out, no good lighting using stairs to enter the place. My sister fell down the stairs because of the lighting. Inside was nice but not as pictured. Firepit was somewhere in the weeds. Very disappointed, owners need to clean up the place before they rent it out again. I took plenty of pictures that I'm willing to share,

My family needed to come into town last minute due to a death in the family. We had 2 adults and 4 children so needed more space than just a hotel room. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They made sure everything was set up and ready to go for us. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Will definitely stay here if we come back to this area again.

Very clean. Super easy check-in and great communications. Walkable to downtown Mammoth Spring and the park area. Everything about the property is exactly as shown and described. It is right next door to other properties, which it doesn’t appear in pics. Again, it is located exactly as described. We just didn’t expect the close proximity of others. Also, the bath with the shower is a Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms. As four adults, this was a little awkward. Hosts were very accommodating. Quickly allowed for a late check-in. Cute, clean property!

First time ever renting like this. Pleasantly surprised. Home was very clean in a quiet neighborhood, close to pretty much everything in Mammoth Springs. Owner contacted us several times prior to arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a nice 3 bedroom home, the washer and dryer was a nice addition if needed as well as there was board game and a game system for kids. Lots of little extra that just added to the value. Home was very clean but the best was the porch, nice place to chill out once the days running was over.

Overall our stay was good. I suggest purchasing new mattresses. The beds were okay but definitely not a 5 star night of rest. House was clean and comfortable.

The Corner Cottage was a wonderful experience. Adam and Alexis helped with a wonderful mini vacation for our family. They had clear directions and communication along with a very periodic check ups to ensure you have a great experience. We dined at the Riverbend and Fred’s Fish House with excellent food and service. We also spent two days exploring Mammoth Springs and the Spring River chasing trout….. we had a wonderful time! Thank you Adam and Alexis for adding to a great vacation.

Good place to stay to be close to the river! This home has a great kitchen with everything you need! Easy to find and easy to access! Owners checked in on us and were very kind.

Overall, the house was good. The half bath toilet was not clean when we arrived. Also, the wasps and bees made it hard to sit outside. The window unit in the master bedroom did not seem to keep the bedroom as cool as we would have preferred. Communication was great and house looked like it did in the pictures. The street sign is missing on the side we came in on so it took a bit to find. Quiet neighborhood.
