I really enjoyed this vacation, mostly because of this unit. Neighbors are very friendly. Exterior and pool area were very clean. Easy to find. Interior was really nice. Well-lit and quiet interior. Plenty of room with nice kitchen. Air conditioning was very cold. Incredibly quiet for a good sleep. Has a waterfront dock at the rear of the property.

We had an amazing time in Manasota Key. The tiki condos were in the perfect spot to get to everything quickly and was the cutest little condo. My children loved our vacation!

We loved the condo and how well it was stocked. It was so close to the beach and had alot of really cool places to eat. Grocery stores are really close and there is a Circle K less than 5 min away to get ice and other snack items. The pool was so nice and the prople who kept up the grounds we very sweet. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great time. The condo was quiet but still close to everything. Easy access to the beach and just a few minute drive to the public beaches. The pool area was really nice. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Listing showed dishwasher but I searched all four days we were there and never did find one. However, on the last day my grandson hollered at me to come to the kitchen that he had found it. He had me stand in front of the sink (with mirror behind) and said "See, there is the dishwasher" as we laughed at my reflection in the mirror. Please correct the listing because that was one of the features I always require. Also, air conditioner in the living room/murphy bed area needs looked at. The bedroom temp was good but living room/murphy bed area was many degrees hotter. To try to make it somewhat cooler, we took the oscillating fan and drew cooler air from bedroom to make it ever so slightly cooler. It was still pretty warm but better than without it.

We had a wonderful vacation here on the key! Location was everything! Would recommend updating towels, wash clothes, and kitchen utensils. Everything else was spot on and property manager was easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property to others! Thanks for a great time!

Adorable condo, fully stocked, close to bay and ocean. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. It is very easy to communicate with the owner. Definitely would love to stay again in the future.

Clean place, plenty of room, great communication with the host. Negatives: 1. could not use the microwave, every time we tried it flipped the breaker. 2. There is no beach access within reasonable walking distance, you feel like you are trespassing when you try to cross to the beach. Other than those 2 things, it was a good stay.

The apartment was great and would definitely stay again. The only draw back was i couldnt park where i was supposed to cause of roofing material stored there. Also did not appreciate getting woke up by roofers going on the roof next to the apartment.

Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. You will love Manasota key. Unit is on the bay side, was comfortable and clean. Doing construction on some of the other units and common stairs but wasn’t a bother. Very nice pool. A nice swing area down by the bay side to sip wine and relax. Convenient golf cart shuttle to area restaurants.

We had a very comfortable stay at this propert y. It was clean, cozy, quiet and had all the essentials. It also has a really nice small shared pool next to it and a bayview across the lot with swings benches facing it. It is very close to beach access and a lot of restaurants. If you're looking for something simple and cozy, this is the place. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Cute little condo that was the perfect size for my husband and myself. Equiped kitchen with supplies to make simple meals. Plenty of towels. Lots of beach supplies; umbrellas, sand toys, sifters, beach chair and small cooler. The pool was nice and clean with lots of lounge chairs to use. We enjoyed scenic walks in the morning, all 3 beaches on the afternoon and the "Key" restaurants with great food and entertainment at night. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for a great week!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 sons (13 and 4). It was a very short drive to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful bay right out back. Easy parking, easy check-in and conveniently had a washer and dryer on site.
