One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Kristyn was amazing. We contacted her to make sure it was alright to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and not only did she say yes, she went above and beyond! She left a cake and balloons for my daughter, which completely made her day. The house is great for a big family and the area is beautiful and quiet. 1000% recommend this property!

Property was great! Second time staying here. If there was anything I'd change it would be temperature of pool water. It is heated and with the weather being high 90's with humidity even higher the pool water was way too hot to even enjoy on our days off from the parks. Pool heater needed to be off for a more enjoyable, refreshing swim. Otherwise, property was GREAT!

This home is very welcoming and more than accommodated our large family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was clean, spacious and well stocked. Plenty of amenities in the home, neighborhood and surrounding area to entertain every age range. The real standout though is the owner, Kristy. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was comfortable and for that we are grateful.

We had a short notice trip with our youth group and we stumbled across this gem! They were so accommodating and the house was like a palace! Each bedroom had its own theme and en-suite. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we could give 10 stars we would!!! I highly recommend this location/getaway

We stayed at this amazing and comforting home for Thanksgiving weekend and it was awesome!! Very close to Disney. House had a lot of fun features for the kids. Pool and hot tub were warm and the host was super helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Excellence at its finest
This was our first venture into Reunion, FL and I must say the area is top of the line. The house was more than what we expected and the service and communication with the property manager or owner was excellent. My husband and I stayed here with our 12 year old, blind Shih tzu. Kristy (the host) had the house prepared perfectly for us! She had snacks, coffee and pop for us, and even had treats for our dog! The house is spotless! Extremely clean and has everything imaginable in it to do. So many games and even a popcorn machine and a theatre upstairs! The house is so warm and inviting….really feels like home and not just a place to stay on vacation. The pool and hot tub were so warm and relaxing! ….and what can I say about Kristy?! She stopped by to pick up a package….when she left, we felt like we’ve known her forever! THE nicest, most down to earth, sweetest person ever! We are so grateful she is sharing her beautiful home!

Adventures truly were awaiting! Close to the parks (we only hit Volcano Bay this trip but Disney was even closer!). Hands down this home was the best equipped home I have ever rented - from the kitchen to the games/ entertainment and everything else in between! I am that mom who plans weeks in advance, packs my own pots/kitchenware (including the kitchen sink so-to-speak!), first aid, games, extra towels, etc. and the one who the entire family goes to when they forget something since I bring everything with me and forget nothing because I am super specific entertaining my family and friends on our vacations. Well due to my crazy work schedule leading up to our trip I was not able to pack like I usually do but Ms. Kristy had this home so well equipped, I didn't miss a single beat, esp. in the kitchen! I think we finally found our permanent home away from home after trying the past 7 years to perfect our annual April trip to central FL! The level of service and hospitality from Kristy is second to none. After checking on us once we arrived and settled to make sure we had all we need, to being easily accessible if we needed her and sending a little surprise of happiness covered in sprinkles, she has by far been my best and most favorite hostess ever (and we book a lot of vacations each year)! The upstairs entertainment area allowed fun for everyone and my entire family took advantage of all the games, fresh popcorn and movies they could squeeze in. Our ages ranged from 9-69, but there were plenty of items stocked for the tiniest of family members so if you are looking for a home that you really do not need to pack much extras, look no further! The back patio and pool were just perfect, pool/hot tub temp was perfect, plenty of seating for entertaining as well, with plenty of nice pool towels. The rooms were beautifully decorated with their own themes, the detail alone shows the pride in this home. Plenty of spacing and privacy for larger groups. Descriptions and amenities were exactly as described and by far exceeded my expectations. Bathrooms were nice, clean and well equipped, too. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here. My 16 yr old son said 'Mom, this house is fire!' LOL! Kristy, from the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful for you hosting us and making us feel so welcomed! You made me look and feel like an amazing hostess myself, so thank you! Looking forward to our next adventure here! ♡

Five star all the way
We had a great stay at this home and the property manager (Kristy) was extremely accommodating for my families holiday vacation. As advertised the house is in close proximity to the Disney theme parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and upscale. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the fact that Kristy provided a turnkey experience. The pool was clean and the ping pong table was a great addition to the outdoor patio. There was plenty of room for my family of 11 to not feel cramped inside the house. The kids loved the theatre on the 2nd floor. This is a house we will return to again in the future. Thanks Kristy.

I would definitely recommend to anyone one who desires a great Orlando/ Disney family retreat to stay at their house. We’ve been to quite a few in the neighborhood and this is by far the best! It is very well decorated for entertaining and is unexpectedly very clean. The owner added some very sweet touches, and I would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.

16th Birthday Weekend
We booked this house to celebrate our 16 year old's birthday with a fun getaway for she and her friends (2 adults/6 teens) in Orlando and this rental property ended up being like a character in the story of our epic weekend! The location was perfect for being in an area convenient for grocery shopping and driving to our fun destinations in Orlando, but also very peaceful and family-friendly. The layout of the house is absolutely perfect for groups because each guest room has an en suite bathroom and the kitchen/living room/dining area open to the pool and allow the group to stay connected easily. The upstairs includes four bedrooms and is setup as a recreation area with a theatre area and multiple games. The pool/hottub area features a ping pong table, grill and plenty of seating to relax poolside. And finally, I cannot say enough about our hostess, Kristy! We had a fast/strong storm system move through on our last night and she very quickly helped us assess the impact and get back to our weekend. I could really feel that she shared our goals for creating a great weekend... it was like I had an extra friend or family member stepping in to help. We love VRBO, but we've never felt so cared for by a hostess. From leaving a birthday surprise for our daughter to helping us manage weather impact, she is amazing! Thank you Kristy!
